Purchase orders pricing
Hi. Our purchase order units and our quoting and invoicing units differ, therefore we cannot create purchase orders for our vendors based on our current product pricing. If we can simply show a product, description and quantity in the purchase order without the pricing, this will work fine for us. Is there a way to remove or edit the current product/pricing part of the purchase order? We're now forced to do purchase orders completely separate from the CRM, and it would be great if we can also incorporate
Campaign Member Custom Fields

ZohoCRM API updateRecords response does not return a result for all records
I sent xml with 16 records for update and i got a response with only 7 of them. Not the first 7, but rather 4-10. What happened to 1-3, 11-16? If they are left out am i suppose to infer something? Thanks

Hi I wondered if there was a quick way to go from an email that's come in from a contact direct to the contact's profile. The only way I seem to be able to do this is to type their name into the search box. Is there some sort of 'view contact' bit that I'm missing? Sue
Send automatic e-mail to a contact e-mail
Hello; I've created a rule for sending an e-mail automatically as soon as I create a contact. The rule is working, but I am no able to send this e-mail to the contact e-mail. The e-mail address I want to send automatically is the one I am showing in the picture 01, but it is no one from the list given in alerts option, showed in picture 02. Is there any way to do that? I am having an issue getting notes to save. Out of every 5 I try I only get one to actually save in the notes section. I am not sure why this would happen? I have used Zoho in both Chrome and Firefox with the same results. Any assistance would be helpful. Joanne Meurer
Adding Users in the free version
I just set up the free version of ZOHO to test for my company and I tried to add a user but there's no way to add them without giving them CEO and Administrator privileges. Please explain what I'm doing wrong or is the system set up so that I can only add myself 3 times? I clicked on the previous questions but got a blank page. Thanks, Steve Felt

Google Contacts Sync, Account Name Shows up as a Number
When syncing Zoho Contacts with Google Contacts (one way, Zoho to Google), the Account Name in Google ("Company Name") transfers as a long string of numbers. For example, "32912000005628019" insstead of the actual company (Account Name). How is this fixed?
Mobile entry of phone numbers
The App interface doesn't permit me to enter '-'s in the phone number field when adding a contact via my iPhone. I end up with a solid string of numbers ie. 5553331234 Is there a workaround to this?
Workflow Sales Leads Problem

How do you extract your CRM contacts into an Excel sheet?
Hello, I am trying to download the contacts from my CRM into an Excel sheet, but when I click the "Zoho Sheet View," it doesn't give me all of the sections (i.e. Account Name, Title, etc.) which I need. It only gives me the following categories: Contact Name, Phone, Email. Does anybody know how I can extract information from the categories I want into an Excel sheet? Thank you.

Roles vs Roles & Subordinates
Could someone please explain to me the difference betweens Roles and Roles & Subordinates? When creating Groups, we are given the choice to add Users, Roles, Roles & Subordinates or pre-existing Groups. If I have a tree of Roles set up this way, for example: - CEO - Manager - Employee level 2 - Employee level 1 If I create a new Group A, and add "Manager" to it as a Roles & Subordinates (as opposed to just a Role), does it add everyone starting at the Manager level and down?
Sales agent, multiple sellers, many buyers
How do we distinguish between our multiple sellers and large number of buyers? There will be some buyers who we wish to pursue for several different products, from several providers. Additionally there will be notes to make for each buyer contact and buyer account which we need to reference to a particular product and seller account. Thanks

I don't really understand what the function of the Potentials module is. Why wouldn't I just use Sales Orders or Invoices? Is it just an arbitrary amount of revenue I can anticipate from an account I can anticipate once it has been won?

But if i will import a contact vcard from Mac AdressBook i get an error message Other vcards, example the german network platform xing (similar linkedin), the card is imported. Zoho CRM integration with Quick Books Enterprise Solutions 13.0
My company is trying to determine the best way to post data from our Zoho CRM and Zoho Invoice accounts into Quick Books. We just upgraded our QB Enterprise Solutions software from 12.0 to 13.0 (which is WAY better). The problems is that now Zoho is not compatible with Quick Books. According to our developer we are now "waiting until Zoho catches up to 13.0". So my question is, what is the estimated date when Zoho and QB 13.0 will be able to work together?

Why such a ridiculously low number of lookup fields? The whole point of a data base is to efficiently store information but this is really a factor which I have found so frustrating. It means that data may have to be input manually multiple times just to tailor fields like address fields to adapt Zoho CRM to UK conventions, on data sets which are common for multiple modules such as address information. I have used up 60% of my quota on lookup fields for the address alone. Obviously the relationships
Information from Quote to Potential
Hi, I like the quick way of customizing and working with Zoho CRM, however I am trying to update the Amount field of Potentials with the information I get out of the Quotes we generate in order to have a good insight in our sales funnel, and being able of doing better sales forecasting. I have been searching on the forum for a solution to accomplish this, but haven't found so yet. What is the roadmap here? I see the question is already open for a couple of years? Hidden Sections Under Layouts for certain Roles??
Is there a way to hide a specific section on a Sales Order from certain User Roles so they are unable to view the information? I can see how to hide Sales Orders altogether from certain roles, but I need my sales team to be able to see that an account has sales orders, but would prefer to hide a section showing commissions, etc. from all Users not specified in a management roll......

Editing Stage field
In the Potentials details page it is possible to edit most item by hovering the mouse over a field (eg Date Quoted, Amount) and change the corresponding entry. However, this is not possible with Stage, which does not have the edit feature. Can Stage be given the same edit feature? Currently the only way to do it is to open edit for the whole page, which is a pain.

Hi There, When I am creating a "New Task" in the "Related To" field, I want to be able to select "Leads" module from the drop down menu. Currently it is only showing "Accounts", "Potentials" and so on but not the "Leads". Can you please let me know how I can change this?

Cannot open/download document attachment in Zoho CRM when using Chrome browser
Clicking on a file attachment (PDF file in this case), results in an error, resulting in not being able to download or open the attachment. This occurs in Chrome, but works correctly in Firefox. In Firefox, you get a little context menu allowing you to either download or open the document. In Chrome, nothing happens, but you get this error in the Javascript console.

Auto BCC when clicking a contact's email address in Zoho
I'd like to propose a setting where, when you click an email address inside Zoho (not the Send Mail link) it not only composes the email in Outlook (or whatever email client you use) but also auto-BCC's Zoho. I see it being discussed elsewhere in the forum as far back as 6 years ago - what's the problem with implementing? This already exists in Batchbook CRM.
email templates not inserting variables
We have set up several email templates and find that they sometimes insert the variables correctly but more often do not. Support suggested deleting and re-adding the variables, which solved the problem for one variable in one template but not on other variables in that same template. Is this a known bug? Is there a reliable workaround? Seems like such a basic feature...
Just upgraded - Cannot send email

I cannot get sent/recieved emails synced with zoho mail under the "email" section of the contact card- When i send mail directly from the contact, this gets registered on the contact details, but either the reply, or other mails from the same contact stored under e-mail shows up under the "contact emails"- i have tried with several different email adresses associated with our account- but i cannot get it to work: what do i do?

I'm still try to add contact person of company and it's still doesn't work. After I added new contact it is not visible in the right place. I see this contact person in different section but I can't see it here. Please fix it or write me what I am doing wrong. I test it on Firefox nad Chrome adn problem is still the same.
