Web to Lead form for Wordpress Website - any ideas how to make this work
I have several sites and clients I'm trying to convert to Zoho CRM - BIG hold up is that the web forms are not functioning when using them on our wordpress websites. I've tried in the widget area as well as a page and post still no luck. They look fine, accept the data when filled out but nothing ends up on our CRM and there is no record of the lead, and the lead doesn't get the thank you email. What's the work around? How can we get this to function? THANKS
Closed quotes
Is there a way to have closed quotes not display in the quotes listing other then deleting them? We do not want to delete these quotes so we can include them when running reports later. Thanks
Quote output in free version
The printed/PDF quote output is confusing in that all the pricing is list pricing yet the total is a discounted price (I discount individual products differently). This is confusing as it looks like there should be fields across of: list price, discounted or purchase price, total (discounted price x quantity) and then the total at the bottom would make sense. I tried inserting a field above the sub-total of ${Quotes.Discount} but it appears it doesn't add the discounts together. That would at

Hello, I have created a product and a flat price for the product for the differential price. 1 - 2 units => price/unit = 1000 2 - 5 units => price/unit = 900 6 - 10 units => price/unit = 700 So when I create a quote for 5 units it calculates the price correct with 5*900, but in the quote it shows the list price of 1000. Is there a variable for the quote template to show the 900 of the price list? Thanks, Alex

Hi, I think Zoho CRM it is a very fair product but here I don't understand the rational of this function. In a module like Leads, there is a Send e-mail button. When you click on, there is too kind of screens for sending an e-mail: - One very simple where you only can select your e-mail model - or one where it is possible to select some fields before sending your email: attached documents, Cc, Bcc... Time zone setting is broken and has no effect
Hello! I have another bug to report please. In Options > Time Zone, I have my time set to (GMT -08:00) correctly. However, when I post, it gives a resulting time that's seven hours earlier, close to Greenwich Mean Time itself (!). For example, I post at 23:25, and the time shows up as 16:25 on my blog. I've done a little light testing, not extensive, but enough to confirm I can reproduce this. Is this a known issue? Please chime in, Aravind, and thanx again for your help in advance!
Event notifications
I just created my calendar and I share it with my wife so we will both be aware of upcoming events. She has access to my calendar and can "Edit event details". My concern is in event notifications, I get notified by email but she does not. Is this normal or did I overlook something?
Create Mail Merge from Non CRM Modules
I have created a Relational Database App in ZOHO Creator and I have now managed to integrate the App Pages into ZOHO CRM. I would now like to be able to perform Merge functions using the data from the various integrated App Pages but it seems that I can only merge data from the original CRM Modules, ie, Leads, Contacts etc. How can I achieve my objective?

iPad 3 app sync issue - duplication of accounts
Team, I use a iPad 3 with the CRM app. Since day 1 using this app, the accounts list duplicates every account each time I log in. It only does this on the accounts module and none of the other modules are effected. I have reloaded the app many times and the same pattern occurs. The first time the data is downloaded the account list module is correct. The next day I launch the app and all the account records are duplicated. I have gone up to 6 duplicate accounts. After months of no problems with the site, one of our users is now kicked out of Zoho CRM within about ten minutes of logging in; she has to log in repeatedly to finish a single sales entry. What's up? Other users in the office are not experiencing the same problem.

Hi, I joined Zoho just one day ago. I can not find out how Campaigns, Mail and CRM are integrated? For instance, I would like to be able to see all the communications with my leads and clients (through ZOHO mail, CRM, Campaigns). Multiple taxes
Hi, I might have missed something by mistake, but I can't find an answer anywhere. In the product details at the bottom of an invoice there are a few fields for "Tax". One field after "Sub Total" (Which I can edit for specific products successfully) And there is one for every separate product added. It is these which I cannot add tax for. Google address and Zoho Address Field Mapping not working
I am trying to sync the Google contacts addresses and Zoho contacts Addresses but am have some difficulty. It seems that the Zoho address fields are all separated into individual fields- Street, City, Zip and Country where Google is one field "Address which includes all the information. Is there a way to either have the Zoho fields combine multiple fields into one for field for mapping or having Google fields split up to match the same format as Zoho. Thanks in Advance, Mark
Google Contact Fields Not Available For Mapping!!
Why do some of the Fields that I generated in Google Contacts appear in the list of availalble Fields for mapping, and others not? Also, Zoho Salutation doesn't recognize Goolge Prefix as same, but I can't edit the name either one uses for that field. If I have a Prefix value, Zoho imports it into the First Name Field with a Pick List of Salutations!! Go figure.

Where does one obtain "TICKET" and "APIKEY" values
Ok, so after few days of trying to implement record insert using documentation, and getting nowhere, I stumbled here, and read some posts from people having the same problem as me, the "4600" error. From these posts I have deduced that documentation listed on the site has nothing to do with actual format required for API to work. Documentation does not mention "TICKET" and "APIKEY" parameters, which are referenced quite frequently in the forum, nor is it clear where the values for these "undeclared"
Importing Contacts - to update a field
I am trying to update a field that was not originally imported into our contacts. I selected the overwrite button when I imported a test section - but it cloned the contact rather than overwriting it - so I ended up with two contacts one with the new field filled out and the other without it. I have about 6000 records that I need to update. Thank you!
Taxes in invoice
Hi I am having some troubles trying to create an invoice in Zoho CRM. I have defined a tax rate (VAT) with a value of 18%, and a product (Product A). Product A has VAT activated. When I create an invoice: - If I click Tax on the product line, I get a message "No taxes associated to this product". - If I click Tax at the bottom of the invoice, a box shows up which does include "VAT: 18%", but it behaves as it if the subtotal was 0 (which it's not). Is this an error of Zoho, or am I doing something

google chrome and lookup fields not working
Team, When using Google Chrome, I am unable to select from a lookup field table. I have tried many different approaches but I have been unable to make this work. When I need to populate a lookup field I go to IE to complete the field. Needless to say this is not ideal. Any fixes or work arounds?
