Regarding custom field changes.
If I create a new field in leads that I map the whole way through. Is there any way that if I change the data in that field say in contacts that it will update that same field in potentials and accounts? As of right now if I change that custom field in contacts, that field is not updating in the other tabs. Ross Cohen

Sorting Errors
When in the campaign field. If you in contacts and you sort by any field (ie phone number or name) it will only sort the first ten records. When you select "Next" to see the next 10 records, it is no longer sorted by the selection. Big Bummer! Let me know when fixed. thanks Hilary Badoian

Hi All, I have a friend of mine that has just reviewed my Zoho CRM setup and was extremely impressed. Hi, I am a new user of Zoho CRM and are trying out the program. My question is about new sales orders. Could someone tell me if it is possible to enter the product name by typing it in instead of having to lock up the product. Send Mail button and templates
Hi, It would be extremely useful if the �send mail�functionality was available for all views, not just Orders, Quotes, Invoices. Also the fields available on the templates are limited. It should be possible to include ANY linked field on the template. Thanks Andrew

Is the CRM group working on adding activity series. Tis will be a very good addition to the program
always getting errors on synching with Outlook/ CRM
Every time I synch I get errors on parsing. What are the errors and how am I to track them down? Please provide more verbose error reporting. We are finding inconsistencies in our Outlook db and our CRM db and we believe the problems are stemming from the synch process. dgdlux

Deluge Script for CRM

Products
We sell products individually, as well as by the case (5 at a time). We sell at a different unit price, and only track inventory individually. Is there a way to create a relationship between two products? If I have 20 pieces, 4 cases on the shelf -- I'd want the product for pieces to show inventory 20, cases 4. If I sold a case, I'd want pieces to show 15, cases 3, etc... Is this possible?
Customized Report problem

The clock does nto stay ont he time that we designate even when the crm is open. therefore, we need to constantly change it and it gives incorrect information as to when there are updates, times of emails, etc. It effects all readings on the site. WHY HAVEN'T YOU FIXED THE .5 QTY in the INVOICES YET
I am AMAZED to see that other people have been reporting this as a problem since 2006 and it STILL isn't fixed. I'm truly looking for a solution for my business and I thought this was it UNTIL I ran into the same problem that others have had regarding the INABILITY to save or print and INVOICE with a .5 QTY (only allows rounded numbers????). Multiple Accounts per Contact
I'm in real estate and need to track properties (Accounts) and owners (Contacts). Sometimes one owner (Contact) may own multiple properties (Accounts). Is there a way to assign multiple Accounts per Contact? Is there a better way that I am not thinking of? Ideally, I would be able to track notes from Contact under all of the Accounts that they own. Any HowTos or Tutorials or Case Studies? Thanks.
