Bug: Task attachments are not being synched to CRM
I have tasks in Outlook that have attachments. When I synch with ZohoCRM the attachments to the task are not being included in the synchronization. Please advise. dgdlux

contacts view and edit
Hi there. Wonder if you can insert a button "NEXT" when we view or edit contacts. this may be better than to go back to the contact tab or to do a search. for example if we are viewing or editing contact number 100, when we click next we will be editing contact number 101. Problem importing contacts into ZOHO CRM
I'm trying to import contacts into ZOHO CRM, but after I match all the fields and click "Import", the re is some kind of bug and the process freezes while the "Importing records" animation bar is shown. So the importing is not finished. Is there any solutions for this? I've been using ZOHO CREATOR for several months and it's excellent. Link a New Note to a Contact Record AND a Potential Record
I would like to be able to link a Note to a related record in a different entity just like you can with Tasks and Events. We typically add most of our notes to the related Potentials record. However, when the Potential is Closed or Lost, we continue to add notes to the Contact record. It would be very helpful if we could select both the Contact and the Potential using a Lookup field just like you do with Tasks and Events.
Date Created instead of Created By for Contact Records
I want to use Created Time and Modified Time in my Contact records. Created By and Modified By are available selections in Edit Page Layout for Contacts. Created Time and Modified Time are not available. Created Time and Modified Time are available when creating Views for the Contacts tab, but they are not available in the Edit Page Layout for Contacts. New Sales Order Doesn't Work At All
Lately I've been getting the following error a lot, randomly, when trying to create sales orders. It's very annoying. This morning it doesn't seem to want to work at all: not with 'new sales order', new sales order from an account page nor by cloning and trying to save an existing sales order. Please consider adding forecast by vertical/industry, or, better yet, by vendor. Many organizational forecasts are not "one bucket", rather have multiple components that feed to vendor quotas. The sum of the vendor quotas is the overall number. Also, % and $ completed would be great. Gillam Hall
Self Replicating Products
I have complained before about products automatically replicating themselves and attaching themselves to orders. I have never had an adequate answer to any of these complaints. It becomes a king size pain in the butt to fix this problem because you can not simply delete a product that is attached to an order. In order to do this you have to rename each duplicated product code then run reports to find out which order they are attached to, then you have to run a sales order number report to bring that

problem with Opportunity Stages

I have about 3000 contacts in my crm.zoho, but now I am unable to export them back to my own system, because aparently Zoho does not support latin characters, common in spanish names. Characters such as é, á and ã are common. Am I doing something wrong? Tiago Duarte

Sorting Tasks?
I'm brand new to Zoho CRM. So far I'm really digging it. Just one crazy little thing I can't seem to figure out... How do I sort the tasks that appear on my home page? I'd like to sort them by Due Date. I see that I can click the "Due Date" column header to manually sort them, but I'm hoping there's a way to set this as the default so I don't have to sort it every time I visit the home page. Thanks.
