Problem in the email authentication step
;Hi When i am in the email authentication process, i am able to verify my domain, however not able to validate the records. After clicking on "validate the records", i am copying the DKIM and pasting it in a new TXT in the DNS setting in my shopify domain. Then i go back to Zoho and click validate records and i receive the message below: Syntax error found at the start of the SPF record and Syntax error found in the DKIM record Kindly assist me.
