Since yesterday, our own Zoho One dashboard, as well as our clients' Zoho One accounts are facing this error (see the attached screenshot)
As a result, no one has access to the Zoho Mail from Zoho One, and even the Mail is gone from the list of Applications.
However, if we directly go to the Zoho Mail website, it works and it shows that everything is just fine there.
As it is happening in multiple account with different employee numbers and subscriptions, it seems to be a server-side glitch. The only common thing in between the accounts I've checked is that they are all in the CA datacenter.
I hope this gets resolved soon, as it is impacting our reputation in front of the clients who completely migrated over to Zoho One, and we can't do anything for them in this case to resolve the issue for them.
