Zoho Campaign eCommerce and Shopify
We are using Zoho One Campaigns with the eCommerce integration for Shopify. We have two admins for the Campaigns module. However, when an admin completes the integration of Shopify in eCommerce, the other admin does not see that integration. If the second admin tries to integrate Shopify, they must create a new list and do not see the Promotions or other automation created by the other admin in Campaigns. Is Campaigns eCommerce on a per user/admin level and not integrated for all users of Campaigns?
