Problem migrating Account Owner with Accounts from other CRM
I am trying to migrate account data from another CRM using the Data Migration function within Zoho CRM. The Sales Rep field in my source data is mapped to the Account Owner field in Zoho. However, the data does not migrate and I am alwys listed as the account owner. I have tried 3 accounts using 3 methods for Account Owner Id – User Name, Zoho User Id (zcrm_3...) , and email address associated with the user. Users were created manually within Zoho. When the user is not logged in, the underlying data option is not visible. I have also enabled it from the settings. I have attached the Screen short for your reference. Before the underlying data was visible without login.
