Boa tarde, Eu arquivo meus e-mails em diversas massas e elas simplesmente sumiram. Tento criar outra massa com o nome de uma massa que já existia e o Zoho não permite pojá existe, mas não localizo ela. Já identifiquei que os e-mails não foram apagados, eles aparecem quando faço uma busca porém não sei onde estão arquivados.

To Automatically Calculate Amount Field in Deals Module for Selected Products
In Deals I added a New Section Called "Products" in which through Multi-select lookup, Products can be added from Products Module i.e., Getting Products from Products Module to Deals Module.The image is shown below:Now, when I select Products in that field, the Amount Field in Deals Module should automatically calculate the Total Price of the Products. But, the amount field in Deals Module is showing Manual Entry. The image is shown below: So, anyone help me how to solve this problem.

Hi there, I have two workflows set up to send out two emails with links to two different surveys. The emails themselves are identical, bar the link to the survey. Zoho sheet view is not working
I tried to use the zoho sheet view for twice, and it worked fine, while showing that message of instructions. The moment, i decided not to need to show the instructions page again, i stopped being able to load the "zoho sheet view" again. Auto Responder Email Not sending test
As the title states, I have a new autoresponder that is to go out next Monday. I have the content made, and when I go to edit it is it proper. However when I try to send a test to make sure it works it shows the old template that tI used. I have tried clearing my cache but it's still happening. Does anyone have any fixes?

Field Focus on Mobile App
In a web browser the first field in a form has the focus and is active when the form is loaded. This is not true on the iOS or Android apps. The filed must be tapped to bring up the keyboard. Is there any way to give the field the focus and make it active automatically? My application uses a keyboard wedge barcode reader. If the field is not active, the scans are not entered. Zoho is not able to read DKIM from AWS.
I'm only missing the DKIM validation to configure a new domain in Zoho Admin. I'm copying and pasting the key, but AWS adds some "" at the start and end of the key, and I think that's why zoho is not able to recognize it. Formula fields are null when they are accessed in "on field input" workflow
Hi, I am trying to access a formula field (KGPerUnit) value in "on input" workflow of a field ($ Per KG). The field KGPerUnit have value. But its value is returned as null when accessing in action. It is the same for any other formula field. Please look at the screenshot. Anyone facing this issue? or Is it specific to my app only? Zoho support is analyzing the issue for past 15 days. Why would this custom button not execute properly?

Does anyone else have an issue when creating quotes with the total being NaN, therefore it won't save and you have to start again!!! I have some quotes set up with product lines which I clone and then adjust to different customer needs. The problem usually happens when i try to edit the template, or move the product lines around. Help Center - Subsection Links redirecting to "content doest exist" page
Part of my help Center is private, the other part is public. thanks to the custom I created sidebar menu to subsections from the site and also have in content subsection links. But if a non logged in person tries to navigate to some of those subsections they get a "content does not exsits" page. Unable to Import?
I'm very keen to start using Zoho Inventory (currently using just books and CRM under Zoho One subscription) but having a problem with importing. See attached image for screenshots of steps taken. I created a couple of new Item Groups with multiple variations and then I: 1. Exported these items to CSV fie: "exportfile.csv" (see attached file); 2. Began Importing "exportfile.csv" 3. Mapped the fields (didnt change anything - just clicked next) 4. Got the result with errors and 0 items imported?
