Hi there,
I am having an issue viewing attachments on the Calendar on Desktop. The file can be downloaded or added to workdrive but can not be viewed from the Calendar.
As you can see from the screenshot when I click preview on the file I receive a message stating mail.zoho.com refused to connect.
I have tried on chrome and exploer browsers, each time I receive the same result. Also have tried clearing all caches - still the same.
Does not happen on email attachments only Calendar attachments.
Any ideas what is causing this?
UPDATE > I have shared the calendar to another Zoho Account and I can open / view the attachments in the other account without issue.
So, is it possible there is something in my account setting causing this?
