I am locked out of Zoho Assist because it requires a mobile number for an OTP, however my number has been used on another account. I don't have another number, meaning I am locked out of Assist.
The message says it's for security, however I already have Zoho OneAuth and Google Authenticator enabled for 2FA. There is absolutely no need for yet another auth method.
Please either disable this completely unnecessary request, or let me know which account has already used my mobile number.
