HTML Editor deletes and modifies HTML code when pasting HTML code in Email template
This is a major issue, and there's nothing I can do about it. Creation of Code for Self-Client is down
Hi, there is currently something broken with the creation of self-clients in the developer console of Zoho. When I click on "Show code" nothing happens. I looked in the developer console of Chrome and found that the POST Request to https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/self/token/generate is throwing a 400 status every time I click on the button. Please fix!!
Zoho C# CRM SDK missing duplicate_check_fields
The ZCRMSDK for C# is missing the optional post for duplicate_check_fields on Upserts (UpsertRecords). In the documentation (https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/upsert-records.html) it mentions the use of the duplicate_check_fields, however neither the example in C# on that page nor the SDK supports that.

Im using zoho php sdk with a custom token persistence class but it always tells me class not found
Followed the instructions here https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/php-sdk/token-persistence.html#custom However even if the class does exist, i always get an error from ZohoOAuth.php line 141 `Class 'CustomPersistence' not found` This is weird because it pases the require_once statement in line 139.

create a role for salesperson, generally just read only access but with the ability to create and edit sales orders. The saleperson can create a sales order no problem on the desktop version but in the Android app gets an "empty string" message after selecting a product. No price or tax details come through either.
Cannot open received SMIME mail
Hello, I received a SMIME encrypted mail, which I don't know how to open. I'm on the free plan, and I am aware that SMIME encryption is available for the premium plan. Is it true that I cannot read a SMIME encrypted mail that was sent to me if I'm only on the free plan? I tried Googling around, and checking this forum but noone seemed to have had this issue. Hello Unfortunately, I can not send or receive E-Mails. But I have installed the application zoho on my phone and when I write from there to an email adresse which I have also installed on an account on my phone (outlook) then it works. Hosted Page does not automatically charge credit card
Hi, I have an issue using Hosted Pages. I am creating one using the api, and displaying it to the user. User then fills in credit card details and subscribes. The subscription in the zoho dashboard is indicated as unpaid, with the charge to be collected on the date the subscription was created. On the next day, the subscription is still unpaid, and the invoice is listed as overdue. Not able to create Ticket Templates with Professional Edition
Hi, We're trying to create Ticket Templates as part of a support contract that the organization established with a customer. I noticed we have Zoho Desk Professional Edition, which includes being able to create these templates. However, when I go to Ticket Templates, it shows a message error: "Access Denied. Your current edition does not support this feature. Upgrade now.". Why is this happening if we have Professional? Is there another requirement in the subscription to access and create Ticket

Hi, is it possible to make links stand out more in desk KB articles? They are impossible to see. In the first image below you'll see the link is too hard to see. However, the same article viewed from the salesIQ KB is easy to see. The same article is synced to salesIQ and it is easy to see the link because it is blue text. Thanks for your help, Troy
Create a new pivot table from multiple tables
I really need help. I am stuck on this for a week and now I have a deadline. I have two tables say Table A and Table B. I created aggregate formula for both the tables. Forwarded emails not being sent
