Cannot use outlook after unblock mail
Hi. My email was blocked because it is full. I deleted some and unblock it and on website it appears to work. However, I cannot use outlook to view email at all. Please advise. I use pop3.
custom google search engine not working
I can't get the custom search engine to work on my site, It returns no results. The one step I think I'm missing is where to place the google search ID code? the tutorial shows an older version of zoho so I can't find where to paste this. I've already pasted the script code on my page. Any help would be great, especially if you've implemented one before
Zoho mail screen has only the logo
Could any one help me here? My email screen shows nothing but the logo on top left and copy-write at the bottom. I tried different browsers, I clear all cookies and data, I even tried on phone's browser and I get same result. any ideas why? Any help would be appreciated.

New Zoho Support UI - Unable to move a ticket to another department when editing a ticket.
I see that we have a move ticket options under the three dots and selecting move. However, If you edit a ticket you can see the department. But you are unable to change the department in ticket edit mode. Just wanted to let you know. Thomas
Zombie Repeating Events on public calendar
My embedded public calendar has accumulated quite a few repeating events that were deleted or modified long ago. E.g., for today (June 4, 2018), it shows 5 events, none of which are real. In my personal editable calendar, there's no sign of these. How can I clean these up? Is there some common mistake I'm making that generates them?
Webhook not receiving POST data
I have setup a test form with CRM and Webhook integration The CRM upsert is working fine, but the webhook url is not receiving the POST data from the form. I added an extra parameter and this is being sent with GET method. All the webhook is doing at the moment is sending me an email with the $_POST and $_GET data, but $_POST is an empty array.
Reuse accidentally deleted username
Hello I've messaged support a couple of times, but from the replies I've had I don't think they understood the problem (it's not a logon problem)... I accidentally added the alias chair@ to the wrong e-mail user (admin@) and then deleted it immediately. On trying to add it to the correct user (chairs@) I get the error message "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance." I understand that this is the message
On screen Keyboard disappears
Using a Samsung SM-J326AZ running Android 7.0, and Writer 4.3.2, I've found a problem when I'm switching back forth between Writer and other applications. When I open Writer to create a new document the on screen keyboard pops up as it should. Next, I switch to Firefox to consult my source document for my new document. Next, I switch back to Writer and my on screen keyboard does not appear. I can save the document and re-open it and the keyboard reappears. This is a bad work around for this issue.
You cannot create tickets for spam contact
Hi, I am trying to create the ticket on user's behav. However, once I am typing an email address of that person, the system is showing me following error msg: You cannot create tickets for spam contact How can I remove that specific email addres from "spam contact" and how can I manage the 'spam contact' list? Custom Login with custom Logo is not working
Hello, I'm free user and I want to display a custom login url, I have already added CNAME record mail.sarathionline.org to business.zoho.com but when I try to access with my custom url it redirects but it does not display the custom logo. I just moved from GoDaddy to zoho and while I could send emails this morning, any mails to my work mail do no seem to be received. Calendar Days and Calendar Dates not in correct columns.
Across the top of my calendar the dates (Sunday - Saturday) appear correct, but the Saturday numerical dates are appearing in the same box as the Sunday numerical date. Anything appt I enter for Saturday, does not appear on the calendar at all. Thank you for your assistance. Tamara

Returning mails recived from Gmail
My account cgr@pymesistemas.com.ar configured as IMAP, returns the emails received from GMAIL to the sender creating a new mail in the inbox of the sender as if he had sent it to himself. The same does not happen with emails that come from other servers. How can I solve that?

Cash Based Reporting: Invoice date after Pay date
Hi, we do cash based reporting and whenever a invoice is dated after the pay date, this amount is shown on the invoice date and not on the pay date. For example we buy something from Amazon Marketplace, it is paid in advance by CC on 30th of July and the seller issues the receipt on 6th of August. Then in cash based reporting it is shown in August and not in July. Is this intended? Regards Tobias

Workflow rule updates fields value after delay
Hello. I have a workflow rule which is triggered after record create/update. Workflow rule calls a function which is doing some calculations and then updates fields value. The problem is that after I edit a record the fields value is updated after a small delay. So I have to wait a little and then refresh a record to see changes. Is there any way to avoid that waiting/refreshing?

Zoho CRM & Zoho Books integration - barely useful?
we are looking to switch to zoho crm & zoho books but the integration seems really awkward and barely useful. I can only sync Contacts OR Accounts OR Accounts and their contacts? I have some contacts without an account and some that need to be associated with an account and I'm not sure why we can't have both sync? Adding SubForm rows via script
I am having a hard time figuring out if this is possible or not to add rows to a subform through script. What I want to be able to do is have a stateless form where I indicate the record to be updated and the record to be updated from. It works fine for all of the info I want to duplicate expect for the subform data. The subform are bidirectionally linked to the main forms, but I can't figure out a way to add them to the record getting the duped data. I would love some help. -- Gabe
Can't Turn Off Group Notifications
Every time the moderator adds an event to the calendar I am getting an email. This is unnecessary and it is clogging up my inbox. How do I opt out of these notifications?
Calendar malfunction
It has been a few day now that my calendar is not working. It started that I could not look into the future to schedule appointments. Now I can not even load this week. The page continually tries to load and nothing ever happens. My whole work schedule is on this calendar. Please help.
iOS 12 ActiveSync Calendar Issues
We use ActiveSync for our Zoho accounts on iOS. Since the release of iOS 12, calendar events are visible, but cannot be edited/moved in any way in the iOS calendar. Contacted Apple and after several hours of troubleshooting, they identified the problem to be with Zoho specifically. Any information or help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ryan

Sharing a Group calendar via HTML has wrong time
I have a group calendar and have created an event for 1pm. The timezone is Europe/London (GMT+1). If I share this calendar via HTML, the event is showing as being at 12pm, not 1pm.
Scammers are still able to send me email with old alias
So my old email alias got used up by scammers and now they have it, sending me spam mail. I deleted it a long time ago, I know it doesn't work because no program or even gmail is saying the old alias still alive, you can't send an email on it. However I still getting spam mails from these scammers. This might be a bug since i made a brand new email that no one knows, i had set it up to where it shouldent be possable to send scam mail to me. Lost a whole day's work due to syncing problem
It's been a few weeks since I've started to use the app. Today I've taken notes, written tonnes of things on my iPad and when I switched to my mac, I opened the app on my mac and saw the new notes were not there, so I clicked on "sync now" and guess what happened... nothing happened on my mac and when I checked my iPad I saw the new notes had disappeared, meaning I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING I WROTE THE WHOLE DAY!!!
New Form not in list on Looup field creation
Hi All, I am doing some mods to an app called Call Logs and I have created two new forms for data entry. I am trying to do a lookup from one to the other but when I drag the Lookup field onto the form and it pops up the available form options, my new form is not there.
