Problems with Swedish characters when importing
Hi, first of I l really LOVE your product but I have one major problem right now: When I try to import contacts from Gmail I get ���. It all looks good in the pop-up, I see ÅÄÖ, but when I have imported the contact and look in the list I only see this question marks. Is this a know bug? I haven't seen any reports on it... I also have a request - it would be great if it was possible to sync contact date between Invoice and Gmail. I don't use Zoho CRM because it is to much for me so syncing back

I cannot attach pdf files. the names do not contain any strange characters and are named similar to other files that were updated succsffully one day ago. I tried to have a chat on line but she was useless and wasted my tim, I really need this addressed quickly so I can invoice my client

Super-admin quarantined spam page not working, gives an "Oops!" error
For the last day or two, the quarantined spam page on my super-admin control-panel shows "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later" either immediately on entry or after refreshing the page, and also doesn't show any spam messages (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my cache and cookies, using a different browser (Edge rather than Chrome), and even using a different PC, but nothing fixes it. Restocking Form
Hello, I was wondering if I could get a little help. My boss has asked me to make a new form for Restocking. He says it should have a place to scan a bar code and when it is submitted it should add the 1 to inventory, update our book inventory from all our bundles and add a line in our invoice data with a charge type of restocking fee that is 20 percent of the bundle cost. Project Budget and Billing Method
1. How can I implicate my filed from Task to Projects main page. I find a logic with a formula field, but no formula field in Project Layout. 2. Is there a possible way to be added other Billing Methods in Project Budget, because in some cases we are not measuring the hours and staffs and than this function is useless for me. Not able to add new account
Trying to setup a new free Zoho mail account for a new domain. Getting stuck up during the registration process. Not able to proceed further, getting the following error message: The username which you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region Not sure how to proceed further. I travel for work, and my outgoing mail just got blocked due to suspicious login attemtpts. The “unblock me” link in all the help sections doesn’t even work...I’ve followed the steps, and no luck. This is a very bad situation for me.
Internet not reachable error
What causes this and what is the solution? Network connectivity is operating normally to everything else except Zoho CRM. What I am experiencing is that I am making changes to a custom Module Layout and intermittently when I click Save it does not save. I noticed this error in the lower left corner. If I reload the page in the browser, it loads and although it loses my changes, I can make changes and Save. After 30 to 60 seconds, the Save button does not work and I have to reload the page again.
CRM API Sandbox not working, being redirected
Hello! So I am trying to upsert or insert a new record on the url https://www.zohoapis.eu/crm/v2/blablabla/upsert and being redirected to https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/v2/blablabla/upsert. What's going wrong here? There is no 302 in the documentation. Also the record was not inserted. No error given. Two weeks ago it worked just fine.

Hello Zoho Team I have some questions/ problems to ask abut because I couldn't find a solution in the tool. 1. How can I extract all Projects with all Tasks and customized fields inside (because I need my customized fields for example formula based). Have tried with DATA ADMINISTRATION > Backup, but it just gave you the already customized fields by you. If I want to export all Tasks with my customized field, I have to go project by project and it doesn't make a sense to do for a lot of projects.

Rename template does not work
When I try to rename template in Zoho Recruit, my new name always reverts back to the original name after automatic save or tap on enter. Is there something else I am supposed to do get the new name to save properly?
Emails have disappeared from my inbox and sent folder
Hello When I logged into my Zoho account this morning I found that all messages in my inbox received after 24th July have disappeared. The same for messages in my sent folder. Messages in other folders, Notifications and Newsletters are not affected so far. I haven't deleted them. They are not in spam. They were there, then they weren't. Please can you restore them. Zoho CRM Module API Custom Module Significant Issue!
There is a significant issue with some of your API calls and we have noticed 2 separate issues, which has caused significant issues with an integrated process. We have had multiple developers look into this and confirm the issues. Issue 1: Duplicate data sent out when API call goes across multiple pages. Emails from Creator are now going to GMail spam
On Success of saving a form in Creator I have a report template sending out an email. As of this week the Gmail recipients of the emails are going to spam. This is new. The emails come from : <my address> via usermail.zohocreator.com The via part is what GMail doesn't like and pushes to spam. I can't add sender to not spam because the sender is me. It's the via part.
