Problem connetion with zcrmsdk, baseVISION.Tool.Connectors.Zoho from c#
I have managed to use postman with all the services rest api of the version 2 with success but when I want to make the communication with the api or with the sdk directly with the zoho packages ZCRMSDK, baseVISION.Tool.Connectors.Zoho or using AJAX does not allow me do the communication. Email Parser not detecting modules
I'm trying to set up the Email parser, but when I get to the "Create New Parser" box the module I want to create the Parser in is not shown. I changed the name of my Deal's module to Allocations/Booking (as I'm using it to manage current and new bookings). However in the Create New Parser screen the only module it's showing is "Bookings draft". From what I can tell this is a module I created weeks ago that I've since deleted. How can I get the Parser to update to the current modules I'm working on?

Hello there, I have a problem with creating a product/ Item recipe. I run a coffee roastery and green beans warehouse. I need to create a roasted coffee product that uses the green beans and removes 20% of weight as final product. So if I roast 1 KG of Green beans I will get 0.8 KG or roasted beans. Custom Function delay on updating sales order
Hi all, I've written a Deluge script that updates the shipping charge depending on the sub total on a sales order. The script only works after repeated page refreshing (whether this to do with delays on the back end or something else i don't know) Ideally i would want the deluge script to happen in real time on the order. Is this possible as the current method is not really acceptable.
Desktop Email fails to open
On several computers in our office, the Zoho Email application does not launch properly and needs to be terminated via the Task Manager. After terminating all instances in task manager the application opens without issues. Usually when a user is affected, there are many instances of the Desktop Email application that need to be closed via Task Manager. Also occurs with the Desktop Cliq app. Users are on Windows 7 and Windows 10.

Tagging other users no longer working
We use the User tagging system extensively in our Activiites notes (we use the @ sign followed by the appropriate user name). Starting about two days ago, when we attempt to tag someone it allowed us to do so as we were editing the note, but as soon as we saved the note, the tag disappeared/broke. Any ideas why? Flow working after lead deletion
Hello, I have a flow set up that checks the status of a lead after a 4 hour delay and then emails the results. I've found that if you create the lead and delete it then the flow will still happen. Didn't know if this was a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Mail merger writer exports pdf with yesterday's date
I'm based in Australia. I have a mail merge document opened in writer. A current date/time field in the document displays the correct date when I view the document in the browser. I export it to pdf, but the date shown in the same field in the pdf is yesterday's date instead. So the same field shows a different date in the browser and the pdf export. Hi, when I signed up for Zoho yesterday (not the free version) I chose what I believe to be the "master" email. It was something that I instantly regret. I wernt to my dashboard to change this master email. I deleted it from primary and created a new primary email. But I still see the old one everywhere I look. And it sends from that address.

Zoho Assist Desktop.exe not terminating / leaving orphaned instances
I am having an issue with the Zoho Assist Desktop.exe (64bit). When the app launches it creates 4 Instances of Zoho Assist - Desktop.exe in Task Manager. When I hit Close by "X" Out in the upper right corner, 2 of the instances are terminated but 2 instances remain. Subsequent launches of the product create 4 more instances and orphan 2 of the instances on close. On a Busy workday I could have 4-10 orphaned instances of Zoho Assist - Desktop.exe in Task Manager, each chewing up memory and resources.

iOS App Zoho Card Scan
Good day, how can I add additional values to the app? I scan regulary business cards, but I would like to add them to the custom field values I created in my Zoho CRM. But it looks like that in the app it is fix to choose one from the given values. For example how do we get the lead, I do not need "cold call" but I would like to add the certain event. Or I would like to write the topic we talked about. Seems that the mobile app are not as integrated as it should be. Any chance to change it? Charly

Zoho PhoneBridge Problems
We have only one PBX group with six internal phones. Protocol are Asterisk 1.4. Each user have only one internal phone number. But one user (owner of PhoneBridge key) while calling from Contacts had a popup with choose of two phone numbers. And with one of them he can call. Other users can't call from Contacts.
