Zoho Assist - Fedora - Locking Machine/Cannot Reconnect

Hi Guys

We are currently in-trial with Zoho Assist, hoping to utilise the Unattended Access feature to work remotely on Fedora PCs.

However, we have ran into the following problem;

If the Fedora machine is locked (session locked, like WIN+L in Windows) from within the session, the machine is locked and then disconnected, and it is not possible to reconnect.

Attempting a reconnect shows a black screen for 1-2 seconds, and then disconnects the session immediately afterwards. Essentially, if you lock the machine, you can never reconnect until you're physically able to login again at the machine itself, at which point connecting becomes possible again.

We've tested this thoroughly, and the problem occurs whether the machine is locked in session using the Fedora interface, or locked using the Zoho toolbar.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
