I found one of my account can not receiving email. It's Incoming Disabled. Can you help me to enable it, please ??

Hi, We are sending one email every twenty seconds for GDPR. After sending 400 mails, we cannot now send any mails for an error Impossibile inviare il messaggio;Motivo:550 5.4.6 Unusual sending activity detected. Please try after sometime This happens both from an SMTP client and from the web client. Can you restore our ability to send mails and explain how many mails we can send? Connecting to outlook.com smtp server
Hi, Trying to set upp my outlook.com email account as a send to address in zoho using outlook's smtp server. On the settings page in zoho for adding an external from address I can't get the settings to stick. Custom smtp Port 587 TLS Authentication Yes Username Password I can add all these details in but the Update button when clicked produces a spinning icon but I remain on the page when the icon disappears and can't progress. Any thoughts? Thanks

Zoho Meeting for Zoho One integration with Zoho CRM
I have enabled Zoho Meeting for my Zoho One account. A few days ago I enabled integration to Zoho CRM but now I cannot add meetings from within Zoho CRM and when I disable the Zoho Meeting integration I cannot re-enable it. Is this integration something appart from the included Zoho One licence?

Mandatory but hidden fields silently cancel Submit
Hi team I have a Creator form that does not save to a Creator table because it's a public access form (Stateless). On Submit it takes a bunch of actions like emailing the form info. The form has a Radio Button field that controls which fields should be shown/hidden further down the form. Problem: Most of those further-down fields need to be made mandatory. BUT if they are hidden by the Field Actions of the earlier Radio field, there is no way to submit the form. Submit silently doesn't work.
VAT in Zoho books
We are zoho one customers that have moved from zoho invoice. I cannot find how we set up VAT in books having transferred from invoices. Any ideas please.
phone number verification does not work

How does "Purpose of sending email" work?
Since today it seems to be mandatory to set the "Purpose of sending email". When choosing multipurpose - our existing mailing lists cannot be choosen is this a bug? do we have to make new list? how does this feature work? whats the effects of this settings? It would be quite nice if you provide a tutorial when releasing such important features!

Issues with Website
We keep running into issues where the Campaign's Save buttons don't work or take a while to load. No other Zoho product is this bad. We're using the Latest version of Chrome on Mac. Anyone else experiecning this issue?
GDPR Consent mail Discrepancies

ZOHO.embeddedApp.on("PageLoad" does not work on Safari
Hello there. I have one Zoho CRM extension which makes use of this library. It works perfectly in many browsers, but not in Safari 10.1 and 11.2. Apparently, the event PageLoad never triggers on Safari, for there are no errors reported. I also tried to debug this, but I never got to the callback function passed as listener for this event.

Can't recieve emails from gmail (to Zoho)
Dear Zoho team: I've set up my whole account, all DNS, DKIM and SPF work fine. I've tried sending an email from outlook/hotmail to Zoho and it worked perfectly. But when I try to send an email from Gmail to Zoho, it won't work. Gmail doesn't seem to detect the existence of my user. Issue with Zoho mail and website
Hi, I have a "make an enquiry" form on my website that I have tried to get sent through to my Zoho mail account, but for some reason I dont receive any enquiries from the form. Ive tested the Zoho mail account and it can receive mail fine from other sources but just cant get the website form to work. Account not synching when using EAS from Autodiscover.
If setup my account via autodiscover; EAS. i get problems with the folder synchronization. But at the other hand if i set my account manually via EAS. It's all working well. Cannot create project with ZohoOneEnterpriseTrial plan account
Hi, When I attempt to create a new project, the function to do so is ghosted and not clickable. Another user on the account had created a project. There was also a demo Project created by Zoho. After looking through some posts in here I found we can only have 1 project for the trial plan. So I deleted both projects but am still not able to create a new one. My user level is set to Admin. Any other ideas on how to fix? I've attached a pic of what I see in the Projects area.

Hello! I use the embeded chat on my class webpage for my students to reach me. I have the imo app installed on my phone. It has been working great! Until today. Logging in I get a message that says "Account msjepson@zoho.com was disconnected". I have signed in online. I have deleted and remade the account. Nothing is working. Help!

I have lists of blocked domains and subjects but can no longer scroll through the list of entries. I need to see if a subject is in the list and I can't. Has something changed? Thanks, -John
