Problems creating an Email Account
Unable to create email account using two different methods of create, i have received error messages trying to create personal email account from your mail page and from using Gmail credentials. Is there something seriously wrong with your login system?
HTTP 400 - Bad Request
When using the get_records method this afternoon, I regularly get a 400 error either at fromIndex 1201 toIndex 1400 or fromIndex 14001 toIndex 14200. Can you shed some light on to what may be causing this issue? It's preventing me from accessing my data. If I make the request in my browser there is no error. Error saving custom field on Account Record
I have a custom field on an Account record. For one record in particular, when I try to save the record, I get the browser javascript "error:null" pop=up message (see attachment). I can edit other fields on the records AND I can edit this customer field on other Account records. Just have an issue with this certain field on this one record.
Attachments disappear
Hi there, I am using Zoho CRM and the attachments that I upload randomly disappear now and then! This means that when I am out at a client meeting and want to show a proposal that is attached to the client... nothing is there. What can be the problem here? Kind regards Marije marije@agrirootz.com

hi i am trying to connect to zoho but no reply, i have tried calling your UK tel number emailing support and presales forum post live chat left voicemail for the account manager I am disappointed by this experience thus far! Would it be better to take our business elsewhere seeing as we are a NEW customer, if so what are the other options?
DNS reset
Hi, I have had a Zoho mail account working well for the past 5 months. Then my Bluehost account expired as I have changed credit card so now I have the reset all DNS settings. The MX and SPT settings are correct in bluehost but Zoho mail still give me warnings saying they are not okey. When I check on https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx# it all looks good. I think the problem is that I need to very the account again as I did the first time, even though control panel states that it is already verified.
Email not working

I am trying to add my organization logo to an email campaign. I have uploaded the logo file to Campaigns, but every time I try to add it to my template I get an error message saying can't load from the provided URL. I am not trying to load from a URL. Please help.

Images Not Loading
When I'm testing my emails, despite looking fine in the campaign builder - and working fine in previous campaigns. In this test email, some images aren't loading. This is highly frustrating.
Emails not Saving
This has happened multiple times now where I create my content add all the fields in and select the 'Save and Close' option only to be taken back to the 'add content' page and the content hasn't saved. This is really hindering my ability to get work done. Can this be fixed?
Incoming email disabled
Hi We have temporarily disabled an user account and have now enabled it again. All is fine EXCEPT the "Incoming" mail is still disabled and we receive this message when trying to enable it "Operation only permitted by paid customer". Instagram posting
When trying to create a new post and clicking on the instagram icon it keeps showing me the instructions of how to use instragram with zoho social but I have already uploaded many posts via this, i do not need the instructions but every time i click on the icon i am shown them and therefore cannot create a post for it. How do I stop seeing the instragram instructions??

Lookup field issue
I have a couple of lookup fields that record the business/institution and department of a contact, these lookup fields get information from our institutions (businesses). For instance, I want to link the current university of a student, to that student. The problem is that when you're setting up a new contact and click the lookup field for the list of institutions, and click the correct university, there's no 'enter' button or 'save' button, so there's no way to complete the task and link that

Not able to add user
I am not able to add user to my organization , I am getting error "user already exist". Multiple time issue was reported to support team but so far no solution. email preview showing a random tagline (in preview only, not in actual email)
In the email preview on Gmail and Zoho there is an old tagline. It was never included in Signature. I think it was used in a previous LeadPages or ConvertKit email sequence. Has anyone heard of this happening before? How do I remove it? When I open the email it is not in the actual email. Its only the preview.

Hello, It seems that the "user details" page mentioned throughout the documentation is inaccessible, at least in the latest version of Google Chrome. It is not possible to even access this page due to a bug that originates from the `getPage` method in `cpanel.min.js`. Also, the design needs some serious work. Your products' user experience is inexcusably poor.

My email for my URL (handevents.com) was set up as carl@handevents.com. I have tried sending emails to that zoho email account but it doesn't go through. If I use carlhand@zoho.com I can send and receive emails. Why can't I use the original name of carl@handevents.com instead of carlhand@zoho.com?
