Hi, I am using my own domain from 1and1 and I have done the domain mapping and set the CNAME still when I publish, it is still saying that the CNAME has to be set. Mail is working fine as of now. only my site is not working correctly. Delete All Future Events button deletes only current event
I have created Event which repeats daily and never ends (!). Then I have tried to delete this and all future events. But only current event was deleting after pressing Delete All Future Events button. Please fix this issue with deleting all future events because it is messed up our system. Thank in advance.

Hi, I have a issue with a new user, his email existed before with other consultant, So, when I add him to projects, the user that shows in the portal is the old user, the new user doesn´t show up. I deleted the old user and add the new user, (email is the same), show me up the old user than I was deleted, and never show me the new one. Cannot Add Another Email Account
Hello there, I have a email address admin@commonwealthbeauty.ca, I am trying to add another one: hello@commonwealthbeauty.ca. I have read how to add addresses, and have followed them. But when I select ADD, it seems to essentially kick me out and the only active email account is admin. Please help.

New UI - Dropdown Arrow Inconsistent
In the new UI, the dropdown arrow for any dropdown list does not work consistently. The user must click on the "text" in the dropdown field, rather than clicking on the arrow. I've tried this on a Mac OS 10.12.3, Safari and Chrome. The problem appears on both browsers all the time.

Blank Emails
Good afternoon, Email strings that have been read and replied to prior to March 15, 2017 appear blank as soon as you click on them. Prior to clicking on it, you can see the subject line but even that disappears once you click on the message. IPhone - Pivot/Summary View
My reports have Pivot View and Summary View. We use iPhones to view the report; It was working good till March 23rd. Suddenly it stopped displaying values. Search doesn't find anything after Dec.19, 2016
Zoho Mail Search does not return any results after December 19, 2016. Attached are the following snapshots: 01-Inbox-VideoInSenderAndSubject.jpg 02-OldVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg 03-NewVersionSearch-Dec19.jpg In File 01, the keyword video appears in the sender field of the first email message, and it occurs in the subject field of the last email message. Both emails are dated Jan. 27, 2017 File 02 shows that running the old version, results are only returned for email messages on Dec. 19th and earlier.
Ticket can not get customer's email response from 2nd time response.
Hello ! We are testing zoho desk to manage tickets. When customer(my test account gmail) made a ticket then I can reply then customer can reply my email. But I don't know why ticket can not get this customer email, when customer response my email 2nd time. There is no spam folder and any where. So customer responses are disappeared from 2nd time response. This is really critical issues. Is there any solution for that ?

Hi - we have missed 24 hours of emails since yesterday at 0925hrs - I know some have gone missing as we have been contacted by telephone to check on an e-mail that was sent - but didn't arrive - I have also sent 2 test e-mails to myself this morning but they haven't arrived - is there something I should be doing? We are currently not able to send or receive emails as of today (has been working before) When sending a mail it flashes up with 'email sent' but then there is nothing in drafts, outbox or sent. Please help.
