Dear Zoho team. I have added my domain farhat.ch to zoho sites, but i have deleted the site, so now I cannot publish my new site, because it says that the domain name is taken, can you please release the domain from your server so I can add it again, I have sent an email before and now i am trying again today maybe my previous email did not go through?!!, hopefully to get an answer from your side the soonest. Receiving duplicate emails on my phone every time I send email
Every time I send email in Zoho (on the web) I get a copy of that email on my phone which is set up as a POP account. This is happening on both my Android phone as well as another company user's iPhone. This is very annoying how can I stop this?

On the RequestsTicket tab of my Desk, the the edit box of description can not be entered in Chinese. How do I customize the default format for the description when requesting a new ticket? Such as plain text. Email has become a vital part of everyday life.
Zoho Desk Solutions (Knowledgebase) , and Zoho Support (Opening a ticket) not working
Anyone else having a problem accessing Solutions articles in Zoho Desk? Similarly, we're unable to get to the Zoho support center to open a ticket about the same. We get the following error. And we can't even type in the Name and Email address field. I usually don't come here to post high priority issues, but unfortunately, in this case, we were forced to. Hello, This morning me and a collegue logged in the Zoho desk but it started up in the "Old version". If i click on "Try new version" it stays in the "old version" . I tried it in Firefox & Chrome but it seems user bounded since other collegue's don't have the problem. Could you check it out.

Hi I used Weebly to create my website, and through them I bought my domain name. I tried to link my domain name up to this Zoho email account the best that I could but apparently it did not work because the server is rejecting and failing to deliver email. Neither incoming nor outgoing mail is functioning. I do not know what to do here. Please help! Thank you

Automatica Email Popping through Pop3 stopped
Automatic popping stopped working a few days ago. In order to retrieve emails though pop I need to physically click on the connected accounts, than emails do pop, otherwise automatic popping is not working. My settings are set up to check email every three minutes automatically. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, I configurated SPF value in my server, but the notification in Zoho tell me that enter SPF in my domains DNS, but this are ready. If you see https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/latotora.cl you understand that. The TXT value are v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all and TXT Hostname @ TTL 3600. Please help me to that. SuperAdmin account dissabled
Hello, i have a problem, my super admin account is dissabled, Im not receiving mails from some domains. In the control panel on user details tab the green light of status is off. I already add another MX record (The thirth one) a few days ago as I found in the forum but the problem is still going on. My domain is "docuprinter.net" and my super admin is "iboada" What can I do to solve this, any help with be great. Thanks for your help.

Hello. I migrated my email server to Zoho Mail and since I did it all emails we send to email addresses hosted by Outlook/Hotmail goes to junk mail. E-mail forwarding form ZOHO account to ZOHO account
A colleague of mine has auto-forwarded e-mails form his ZOHO account to my ZOHO account (using the filter). When I log into my account using his office laptop the e-mails indeed show as forwarded to my e-mail, but when I log using my PC they do not appear at all. Please help me, this is urgent, we use these ZOHO accounts for work purposes.

Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
Hi, I've deleted a user hello@peterjohnlightfoot.com and I'm trying to re-use the address as an alias on admin@peterjohnlightfoot.com ... but it fails with the message that says "email id already exists". Is there a way to completely remove the old user, so that the address can be re-used? Thanks

emails from: research.centre@syd.catholic.edu.au via public.zohoforms.com are being sent to our spam/ junk folder. This happened last year, but we whitelisted it and that seemed to work. That is not the case for this year. Can you help?

POP server not working?
I can't seem to retrieve or send mails from my mail client. Is there anything wrong with the pop servers? I've just added TFA and generated app specific password, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Gmail just says connection error.
