Hello, the whole day, some to our Desk mailadress sended Mails generate a new Ticket instead of adding the Mail to the existing Ticket. I've made several test for that. normaly the Mail where added into a ticket if we add "[##tickeid##]" in the Subject of the Mail (tickeid is the uniqe ticket number) to send it to a specific Ticket, nothing else. My test below show, that the Ticket Name (or Mail Subjact) now is a value to add it in a ticket too: My test Subject.

I'm having issues with all my flows since yesterday. Most of them seem to be slower in general. I'm also facing a timeout over 30 seconds because of this issue. As per status.zoho.com, the ms went from 6msec on the 23rd of nov to over 55msec average today.

I have a list of Customers and Prospects that I sync from CRM. I just created a workflow rule to remove contacts (unsubscribe) that fit a certain criteria. Issues with Unrealized Gain or Loss report
My base currency is EUR. I have a USD-denominated account and some EUR accounts. When I run the Unrealized Gain or Loss report, it shows me gain or loss not only for the USD-denominated account, but also for the EUR-denominated account.
