When we have a CRM contact put in a ticket, from within Zoho Desk, I can click on the contact and I can see the display name of the potential(s)/deal(s) linked to that contact in Zoho CRM. But I can't see additional details on the Deal, unless I click the new tab/window button to open up the deal in a new tab.
