View Criteria for linked tickets (Parent-Child related tickets)
Could we have some filters which can be used on views about linked (parent-child relation) tickets please. The views that I'm looking for, do require the below filter items and visual guides: a view which lists only Parent tickets which have Child tickets
Impossible to delete orphaned attachments
When sending and email, and attaching a file from a cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive), these files are added to the "Attachments" view. It is then impossible to delete such attachments. Even if the original sent email (which contains the attachment) is deleted, the attachment stays behind orphaned and there is no way to delete it. Or is there a way to delete these attachments? cannot center image box with 3 columns...
basically, the box (3 columns, a centered image within each) displays correctly in the Preview. in email, that whole box (of columns) shifts to the left, and i can't find a way to center it. is there a trick to this? help! (thanks)

we have a portal that are planing to release as an app for android and Ios. we have some panels that use the open page or open form, also a report that use a deluge with the openurl method, on web and on the zoho customer portal for android app, everything works as intended, but on iphone the open form/ open page/ openurl , any method that workd fine in the other plataforms, try to open the url in safari instead of using the zoho customer portal app or shows the web version inside the app instead
