Need to rename Unattended Computer or add Description
We are currently using GotoAssist and considering switching to ZohoAssist. One problem that immediately presents itself is that only information on the unattended remote computer is the Computer Name and this cannot be edited. I may have multiple client computers and I need to identify the customer and function for the computer. Some customers may name their servers exactly the same! In GotoAssist, it is simple to rename the computer so that you can accurately identify the customer/purpose.

Receive daily emails with exported password
I requested the password to be sent to me via email. I am happy to report that I received it. However, I receive it every day from that 1 request in email. This is a 1 time request for exporting passwords in vault, I should only receive 1 email.
Importing .xlsx ignores contacts that don't exist
I recently imported a contact list from excel that had 208 people with 208 emails. After importing, it said the "total count" was 884 and it had ignored 679 due to "empty emails". I saw that it had tried to import 679 extra lines from the excel sheet. Why would it do this? I was still able to import all the contacts I needed but I'm curious what would prompt zoho to try and import a bunch of empty cells. It has never done this before. Is there an explanation?
Syncing Webform to Campaign Workflow instead of create new Campaign form template
Hello, I am creating a welcome email series and the trigger is from form submissions. I am having trouble adding the form to my campaign because my form is under 'Webform' not 'Form Template' under the campaign. How do I trigger my workflow by using the form under webform as I do not want to use ZOHO design form templates but rather my own? Is there a custom 'Form Template' where I can input the form code design from webform? I certainly do not want to start all over with this whole form design,

Increase the maximum number of records in getRecords method?
