Is it still possible to integrate the Twilio SMS function with Zoho CRM? The directions provided on the Zoho on the help site have me stuck at the marketplace in CRM because there is no Twilio extension there (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/extensions/twilio.html). I also looked on Zoho's marketplace but the option is only available for Zoho Recruit.

SMS Plugins
I would like to add the capability of sending out automated (i.e. workflow-generated) text (SMS) messages to leads. In reading through the documentation and forums, it appears that there are issues using Twilio for this. Can anyone recommend one of the other plugins for this? Thanks! Ron
Workarounds for Project Calendar to Zoho Calendar sync?
All: it's by now clear that the link between Zoho Project calendar and the Zoho Mail/Calendar is a real problem. I've been looking for solutions to this; for example, when a notification comes in from Zoho Projects for a meeting that has been established, I can set that as a task (and even add in reminders). However, I am sure there are other, more creative ways out there to solve this problem. All I'd like to do is create a meeting on my calendar in Zoho Mail / Calendar (as I might, say, in Outlook)
