One thing that would be very very helpful for content programming would be the ability to add notes to the brands calendar, like be able to add anniversaries, events, special holidays or notes to promote something in particular on that day or week. Mobile Apps not automatically logging calls
Hello, Most of our users report problems regarding auto-logging not working. They use the mobile apps for Zoho CRM on iOS and Android, and both don't show the popup that says 'do you want to log this call?'. I've checked if the phone numbers are correctly inserted in the CRM and also re-installed the app on there devices. Can Zoho required fields be removed?
I'm a brand new user and while trying to customize forms I ran across a problem. The example I will use is in "Contacts". I wanted to remove one of the required fields, in this case it was duration. And I also wanted to change the time fields from mandatory to non-mandatory. I found that I was limited in that regard. I could not change what was already mandatory nor could I remove the fields Zoho had deemed necessary. My question is why and if there is anyway to change this? Thanks!
Adding event to more than one calendar
Is there a way to add an event to more then one calendar at the same time? We use the Zoho Calendar for a resource management, there is often a need to book or schedule and event in more then one calendar at the same time. However, I would like everyone in the company to use the same default signature, and further, i would like to be able to change the company signature to promote whatever.
