We has started to use Zoho Social to manage client social accounts. One thing that would be very very helpful for content programming would be the ability to add notes to the brands calendar, like be able to add anniversaries, events, special holidays or notes to promote something in particular on that day or week. This could be a HUGE upgrade for users as it helps to create content.
As of right now you have offered the ability to schedule content for future dates, as all social management apps offer, but please consider building in features that allow users and teams to create content ideas, notes, suggestions and workflows. There are several apps on the web or workbooks available at amazon that you can print out and write notes in, but if we had a calendar that was in the brands account already where we could put ideas for future dates or campaigns, it would make coming up with content a lot easier.
If you added features to help brainstorm and organize content ideas, you would be ahead of all the other social media management apps out there.
