Hello, I would like other staff members to be able to takeover a chat session when the original operator is not available to transfer it themselves. This functionality was available in our previous live chat software and it's very useful. Is this possible please? Thanks
Is there any way to preview an email created by a template prior to sending?
This seems like it should be a no-brainer. On this same subject, it is possible to automatically cc the sender/owner on the email to ensure that there is tangible evidence that the email was actually sent?
Zoho CRM: No de-duplication feature
