IMAP Sending Error from Bigin
Logged on to Bigin today to find that I wasn't able to access or send any IMAP emails. So I recreated the IMAP conneection (to my Fastmail account). I can now read the Fastmail emails on Bigin, but when I try to send from Bigin I get an "Error While Sending Mail" error. I'm sure the IMAP settings are correct. Something down on the Zoho side? A Fastmail issue? Any ideas on how to check this would be much appreciated.

Duplicate reminder emails from showtime
Folks - we are seeing duplicate reminder emails being sent to all people who registered to a showtime session. If we have a reminder for 1 day before and 1 hour before registered attendees are getting two emails each time. Due to this some of them are marking us as spam and is becoming a major problem affecting our attendance to the web sessions we are creating. Any fix for this?
