Delivery method on packing slip
Hi When making a sales order I can type the delivery method. But then I make the invoice and from the invoice I make the packing slip. On the packing slip I like to print the delivery method I typed in the sales order, but this is not possible according what I can find. Will this be possible in the future?

View ticket details in CRM
When I am in CRM I can see the tickets linked to an account but when I try to open them to see more information it says unable to process request. How can I get to see the ticket details?

Unread Marker doesn't sync with Android mail application
Hi! Using the default mail application on my android phone the read/unread marker doesn't sync with the server. This happens as well using the K-9 mail application. This could be a problem within the client (since it seems to work with thunderbird). But since it doesn't happen with any other mail account I'm using with the android application there must be some issues with Zoho's imap server as well. Michael

Hi, I'm testing out to see if we want to change our CRM. I attempted to do a data migration of the tasks/activities from our salesforce CSV files.. however ran into an issue there. They import, but weren't connecting to accounts. I have the account ID in there but can't put it in classified as a "lookup" in the customized field.
