Hi, I would like to make a page with user name and user's e-mail address. It might be very simple thing, but I could not find a documentation about how to display zoho.loginuser and zoho.loginuserid on page by using script. Hi guys! I have scheduled a daily report to extract some data out of my crm in order to automate some reports I have on excel and it works great. But the problem I have is that when ever I ask for the same report on demand (to update manually my data)
Problem: cc and bcc fields do show a "d" character in them when they are selected/focused via mouse pointer during ticket reply
This behaviour breaks the name entry process and the "d" character has to be deleted first to be able to enter a name. If the cc/bcc fields are only selected with one mouse click then the problem does not appear on my PC but other users do experience
