Random Customers in my Customer data

ZOHO Assist Not Connecting
I am evaluating ZOHO Assist, and I've been unable to make connections with the test subjects. The first test was done in house, from another machine. Using the Desktop App, I started the Session, and entered the Session Key at http://join.zoho.com, after acknowledging the Java Runtime and the .exe down/run the Client end just sat at Connecting. No firewall warnings, with Windows Firewall (Default settings). The Second Test was done with a remote computer. Same results. I am apparently missing something,

Why are completed deals still being counted as IN PIPELINE?
Why does the Deals IN PIPELINE Home Page Component count deals that are Closed Won and Closed Lost? In my opinion, these deals are no longer in the pipeline but they're being included in my count. I have verified that these Pipeline Stages are mapped to their appropriate Forecast Type.

How does my assistant know when someone responds to an email?
I use Zoho CRM and have an assistant who helps me. Most of the leads in CRM are assigned to me but some of them are assigned to my assistant. She and I act as a team - we do not compete with each other as is common in some other sales departments. When leads reply to an email that gets sent from CRM, I am notified via the mail icon at the top right corner of the CRM window, but my assistant isn't. Hello! On "Deals" I have a lookup that connects with "Accounts" and produced on "Accounts" Detail View a related list. On this related list, I can only select fields that are NOT included on a subform contained on "Deals". Is there any way in which I can make a related list with this information? Zoho product that compiles documents like Acrobat?
One product that seems like a fit for the Zoho family is Acrobat. We need to prepare a compiled document to send to a customer. Some pages are PDFs, some are JPGs, some are selected cells from Excel or pages from Word files. Acrobat allows us to take all these different file types, turn them all into one document and reorder the pages, add notes or highlights, etc. Then rolls the whole thing into one PDF that we can email as attachment. We recently upgraded to Zoho Assist Enterprise so that we could customize the users' experience when they're interacting with our support staff. We are hoping to be able to direct customers to our support site assist.mydomain.com without having to go to the additional step of typing "/join". Is there a way to set it up so we only need to tell customers to go to the root subdomain and not type the additional /join. Is this possible? Thanks!

I am getting a message "You cannot send mail as both the primary and secondary email addresses are invalid" when trying to initiate an email to a specific contact. I can send to other contacts, or from accounts, but a specific contact. why would this happen? And how do I fix it?

Remove Completed projects from main project list
How can I edit my main project list to not show Completed projects? Completed projects are no longer 'Active' so I don't understand why they still show. There is an option to view only Completed projects, so I don't understand why there isn't an option to view all 'open' projects or a way to do a custom view to only show certain projects statuses.
Google Shared Drive Attachment
We have upgraded to Google Business. The main reason is to use the Google Shared Drive feature. I am trying to associate a file in one of the Shared drives to a project and I only see files in the "My Drive" and "Shared with me " areas of Google Drive. Has anyone figured out a way to get files in the Google Shared Drive to be available to be accessed from Zoho Projects and CRM? I do have the Google Drive plugin from marketplace installed. We like to quote a tweet and set aside time to monitor content and add our perspective to other's posts. But we cant sent them all at once or we will bombard people. How are others dealing with this? It is a basic feature in Buffer and Hootsuite. Is there something I am missing? Is this coming soon?
