Error code 535 authentication error
Hi I am trying to send an email (Zoho) using nodemailer in Node.js. But for some reason I have been hitting the above issue when using SMTP. I have not changed any settings on my side and have stayed away from 2 factor authentication and setting up an application specific password. But when I try to send mail I got an error as code: 'EAUTH', response: '535 Authentication Failed', responseCode: 535, command: 'AUTH PLAIN' I have checked that the error '535 Authentication Failed' occurs due to an invalid

Hi Zoho, For new ticket submissions, the "Checkbox" field has the actual checkbox below the label. This is really awkward and not how any modern checkboxes work. Voice call audio device settings
Is anyone able to let me know where to find the audio settings for voice calls through the Cliq desktop app? I can’t seem to change find it anywhere. It doesn’t even use my default communications device (headset) as set in Windows.
Extension to notify about RSS or Twitter posts?
What's the ideal way to get a notification in Cliq for a specific RSS feed? What about for a specific Twitter search term? These are two notifications we are currently receiving in Slack and I would like to find a replacement for them in Cliq because it is useful to get these updates for a few important topics we need to monitor closely. I suppose the Twitter one could be doable if there was an extension that integrated with Zoho Social, but I didn't find one for that. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Is there a way to select PayPal Business as the default payment method for a customer? I am able to select PayPal as the default gateway, but it always defaults to PayPal Standard. See picture below. Thanks.
OneDrive Links not being accepted in url field

Attachments not loading on Desktop / Workplace / Calendar
Hi there, I am having an issue viewing attachments on the Calendar on Desktop. The file can be downloaded or added to workdrive but can not be viewed from the Calendar. As you can see from the screenshot when I click preview on the file I receive a message stating mail.zoho.com refused to connect. I have tried on chrome and exploer browsers, each time I receive the same result. Also have tried clearing all caches - still the same. Does not happen on email attachments only Calendar attachments.

We run an on-premise Active Directory server and on-premise, domain-joined Windows 10 clients. I know there are various ways to integrate our AD with Zoho One directory using either SAML or sync tools, via Azure AD or directly. But what I am not clear about is if any of these will allow on-premise users who are already logged in to domain-joined Windows 10 to bypass Zoho login altogether. Buttons for live-manipulation within edit mode
I'd like to create a button which is similar to the existing "copy address". I'd like to have a button that is pushing moving the value of field1 into field2 and put something new into field1. So far I just know the buttons at the top of the edit page, but those cause two issues: 1. It doesn't handle information that just has been entered (unstored) 2. changes through those buttons seem not to be visible until I reload the page. Is there any solution to this?

According to the instructions in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/extensions/team-collaboration/articles/microsoft-exchange-administrator-guide#Prerequisites, one of the prerequisites is to have Basic Authentication enabled. So do i understand correctly that this means a service account or user credentials
