Double Entry
I've embedded code to display the calendar on my website. I noticed last week that some of my events are displaying as double entries on my website but not in my calendar on the admin side. Also, updates like removing events are not being displayed on my website. Maybe something is wrong with the code? Zoho App Won't Open from Taskbar
Hi, The Zoho windows app was working great. It would open when I started my computer. But it no longer opens at all. When I try to manually open it from the icon, it goes straight to the taskbar. If I hover over it, it will show a small preview. But i cannot open it to a full screen. Restarting the computer and deleting the app and downloading it again did not work. Please help! Thanks
Integration zoho forms with CRM - Problem Workflow rules
HI, I have some forms integrated with Zoho CRM. These forms create new registers, but also are relationed with zoho records, so I have integrated both NEW REGISTER and RELATED LIST. New register is integrated with Deals module. Related List is integrated with Contacts Module that is related with Deals. When I have a new record, I got two records in the CRM, one from the New register and another one from Related List. I need related list being activated because I want the records to be linked to the

Hello, This is going to be a similar question to the one I had about Activities the other week. When sending a request to the `/settings/modules` endpoint, I find a module called 'Actions_Performed', and that is apparently both viewable and API supported. But if I try to retrieve a list of records from the Actions_Performed module using the API, I get an OAUTH_SCOPE_MISMATCH error, despite the fact that I have the ZohoCRM.modules.all scope enabled. 553 Relaying Disallowed. Cant find any way to fix this issue.
On my account, I have set up mail hosting, MX Records and SPF, yet when I send an email to my account I get an error saying "553 Relaying Disallowed". I have followed a number of guides, and combed through this forum for any sort of help but I've followed everything and yet the problem still happens. It would be nice if we could sort our email by the "From" field or "Subject" field in the inbox and by the "To" field in the sent folder. Currently, we can only sort by date.

We are running multiple events in Backstage. We would like to track how the registrations are happening for these events ahead of the event day (e.g. 60 days before the event, 30 days before the event, etc.) Is there easy integration with Zoho Analytics so that we can easily track it rather than exporting data from Backstage, putting it into Zoho Analytics and then refreshing reports/dashboards? ZOHO Campaign Sync is Not Working
Hi there, I need to sync contacts from only one rep. So, I chose to set Contact Owner is a criteria. There is no drop down menu matching the names of the reps, so I typed in the name, it did not work. I then chose Contact Owner Contains and added First Name of the rep. Did not work. How can I add Contacts from only 1 rep? Thank you!

I am trying to write a script that would synchronize the list of users on my company's Zoho account with our internal LDAP. In that purpose, I have created an access token with the scopes ZohoExpense.users.CREATE and ZohoExpense.users.READ. The script works by getting the list of users from Zoho and from the LDAP, making a diff, then sending API commands to Zoho to create the users that exist on the LDAP but not on Zoho. I tried to create a new lookup field with multiple-select choice, and set it as primary, but the training course is still addressed to the owner.
