What's new this July? [Feature enhancements]
Hey everyone!
Just wanted to stop by and give you a quick look into a few dashboard enhancements we pushed live this month, to make your Zoho Social experience a little smoother.
Here are some of the more *obvious* ones which you may have noticed:
Switching between Brands made easier
You can now arrange your Brands view from your Zoho Social homepage. Hit the Brand icon to open the drop-down that lists all of your connected Brands. From here you can arrange based on last-used, or alphabetical order. You can also edit and rename your Brands from right here.
You can't miss it now! ;) Any Facebook or Twitter Message sent your way will not only be collated by Zoho Social in the
Messages tab, but you'll also see a little notification bubble to let you know your Inbox has unread messages.
No longer do you have to look at gray icons anywhere in your Dashboard again. We've made sure to swap them all out—from the Brand Health tab, the Posts tab, and practically everywhere—to replace them with colorful versions.
This brings us now to the *not so obvious* changes on your dashboard.
Less clutter, easier workflow
For instance, the Brand Members section of your Settings tab now has less clutter now with more drop-down options and intuitive buttons to make the process easier on your eyes.
The Collaborate tab too has been spruced up for an easier experience, the menu now looks something like this.
