How to combine lists in Zoho?

I want to email everybody who uses Products A, B, and C who live in Africa. I have a list for Product A, a list for Product B, and a list for Product C.

In order to hit everybody with Products A, B, C who live in Africa, I need to create a segment under all 3 products and the segment has to include all 50+ African countries. I must type in all African countries 50 times.

Alternatively, I could create an Africa list and segment by product. But this won't work for me as my products are not simply A, B, and C, rather they are in 10+ different criteria.

Is there any way to say, "Is a member of Product A list AND is a member of Africa list"? Thank you!
