How to delete my CRM account
I got an invitation from my group but I can't delete my existing crm account to accept my group's invitation. Please help me about this.
Font color and weight - make it darker!
While I like the functionality of Zoho, the font weight and color are a challenge to read. The light grey sans serif is popular/modern, but it seems like it was designed by folks with perfect eyes for other people with perfect eyes. Please change the font weight and color across the board to make it heavier and darker. The products I use are ZohoCRM, Zoho Sales IQ (primarily the desktop app,) and Zoho Desk. Zoho Calendar has a great weight and color and is easy to read.
Margin calculation in pivot
Hi, I'm trying to add an aggregate calculation to a pivot table to calculate margin percentage. I'm adding the following formula: sum(("Sales Price" / "Cost Price" - 1) * 100) This does not seem to be working on aggregated levels. I have for an example a sales price of 10027 and cost of 9780. The calculation ends up with a result of 87.51 (would expect 2.5). Are there another solution to do this?

Hi, I have over 100 old sales orders and around 65 purchase orders, that I need to get into the inventory system from our old CRM. However, I want to avoid any email notifications going to clients for any part of the sales order and shipments. Also, no notifications to suppliers for the purchase orders. Yeastar Phonebridge Integration
I have been using the trial for some days. However i am facing challenges with Zoho Phonebridge when using Yeastar S Series PBX. Phonebridge is successfully configured and enable. I can make calls from Zoho successfully. The problem is Zoho is neither keeping any record of the Outgoing Calls nor is it accepting and recording any Incoming Calls.

Hi I've copied a link to a Tweet (https://twitter.com/tomfishburne/status/1244301595057086464?s=20) but, when I try to paste it into a new post in Social I get the message "Unable to generate thumbnail preview for this URL". Open Ticket in Zoho Desk Mobile App from Email Notification.
When our ticket agents get an email with the email, on a computer, if they click "View Ticket" button, it automatically opens up that ticket in browser. But what about the phone for our agents who also have the app downloaded? Clicking the link from an email on a phone doesn't open up the ticket in the app. It opens up the internet browser! Is there any way to for us to be able to open up the ticket in the app from an email on the phone?

Hi. I created a new user profile and assigned several users to it. Those users can't complete tasks that are assigned to other users. When I change the user profile to "administrator", the users can perform that action. I would like to know what module permission I have to modify to allow users to complete other users's tasks. I noticed upon using ZOHO for months now that there are some really good features in the product. I like the idea to mandate or control fields of which ones are needed when adding to the LEADs area in the CRM. We have required our users upon inbound calls to type in the first and last name, and recently noticed that several are random characters on the last name, meaning they have filled in the proper name. locked CEO role
I signed to Zoho CRM and became a CEO of the company, which I'm not. Anyways we will just turn a blind eye to it. I invited my CEO and assigned a role to him. Now I'm thinking, let's say I will leave the company in the future - and what then? Obviously the company will want to delete my account, but then If I'm locked as MAIN account/CEO to Zoho CRM they won't be able to. I won't be working in the company anymore, but my account will have to be activated. Any solution to this? Cheers, Sylwia

Quickbooks Online to Zoho Books Migration
I want to migrate all company accounting records from Quickbooks Online, version Simple Start, to Zoho Books. Quickbooks Online was only used to keep track of bank transactions and to create reports for tax purposes. Records contain: ~1100 bank transactions, dating back to 2016, ~80 Vendor & ~30 Customer records -Chart of Accounts with standard accounting categories such as bank account, assets, income, expense, etc.. Right now we are using shopify to integrate with 10 different sales channels however shopify is limited on its software for inventory management. Can I use Zoho to only integrate with shopify which integrates with my other sales channels? sales channels like newegg, walmart, bonanza etc etc any suggestions?
