New Gantt chart zoom and fit to size are terrible
It looks like Zoho has been rolling out some UI updates to the Gantt Chart report, which is good to see since we use this report a lot in our consulting work. The new solid bars for task duration are a nice visual improvement. However, the new Zoom and Fit to Size tool is a big step backwards.... Unfortunately, this new interface requires many more clicks for us to zoom out to see the full project lifespan, whereas with the old "click to fit" scale we could just click on the bottom of the scale

Proper format for self client scopes
Hi, I'm running in to an error when trying to create a Self Client grant token with the modules.all scope. How do I properly specify modules.all? Both zohocrm.modules.all and modules.all are throwing a 'Enter a valid scope' error for me. When i enter aaaserver.profile.read on it's own, it works ok.
Set an upload field to be mandatory
Hi all, are there any solution to set an upload field to be mandatory. My use case is: In the Account module, Account Status is Open/Active and a upload field. I want that when I change Account Status from Open to Active the upload field should be mandatory. Or, if I upload a file into upload field, status from Open can be autocratically update to Active. Problem opening Writer
When I open Writer, I get a small window with a rolling donut that says "Loading." this goes on for ever. I have to close the browser and reopen the application, and maybe then it will open; maybe I'll just get the "Loading," message again. About 1/2 the time this happens. What's up? Can this be cut short, or better yet, eliminated?
How do I assign values from a Zobot to a SIQ field using Input Cards?
I'm using Deluge, byw. I can't get the syntax right. I'm not getting an error message but nor is the data from the input cards being assigned to the visitor record. Touch point scoring in deals
Hello everybody, I'm trying to add some automated scoring into our system. For some reason it works a treat in Leads, and Contacts but I've got nothing for Touch Point scoring in our Deals... Problem in using Exchange active sync to pull down emails
I am the admin of megatrend-ltd.com. I am using zoho recently. After I have migrated our email to zoho, I have used the Exchange active sync to pull down Emails to local clients. The mailbox has data sync to around december of 2015 and then it stops. I can't pull down old emails.But I can see it though web interface. It is a great problem as some of my users need to check old email frequently. Is that a bug of zoho or is it a feature of it?
Where are Zoho Projects documents stored?
The projects uploaded to a specific Zoho Project and to Zoho Projects templates, where are those documents stored in Zoho Writer ? That is, how do I access all the individual documents uploaded to individual projects in one central location?
More than one offline payment
I would like to be able to create not only one offline payment. As you say "accept offline payments like Cash on Delivery, bank transfers, wire transfers, and cheques"... But now I have to select one of those. I would like to offer my customers the possibility of paying via bank transfer (no extra charge) but also with cash on delivery (with an extra fee). Is this possible in the short term? Thanks.

Making a zoho.crm.updaterecord function work even if a few values in the passed map are of the wrong type.
Basically what I'm asking for is whether there's some mechanism of exception handling. Let's say we have the following key:value mappings: values = {key1: value1, key2:value2, ... ... }; And then we run the function: zoho.crm.updateRecord("Module",ModuleId,values); In case one of the values in the passed parameter ends up causing the script to bug, or not run, is it possible for it to update the records which were not causing any issues? I'm trying to debug one problem that's causing one of my scripts

I could not remove footer and center alignment at the same time. I add unsubscribe link in mail. Bu when I change template "no header no footer" the template automaticaly use center alignment.
see z-campaigns in recruit
Hello - we have the campaigns - recruit integration active and I believe I could previously see campaigns data in recruit. Like on a candidate record to see which campaigns they have received. I believe there was an entire module for campaigns but I don't see any of that recently. Is this expected behavior? Is there a way to see this data in recruit?

Hi, I want to send SMS to contacts and leads (not necessary via WF); I only need a button to send SMS to leads/contacts. I installed SMSGlobal extension; I did some tests, but all failed. Site survey with photos
So we visit homes and businesses and undertake surveys. These are simple little lists we use but always need a couple of photos. I got excited with the addition of image field but the app does not use them and as you can imagine we use iPads and iPhones. I tried forms and JotForm but there is no way of lifting over images in zapier. In zoho there is always more than one way of solving a problems but at the moment I am stumped. At worse I would settle for a pdf attachment but again the app does not

Hi All, Using creator I've created a simple four field form. On Submit it goes to a specific id but without the atatchment. I clicked on Properties in Design In Set email notification, in To : How can I add a list? I want on submit the mail should hit 12-12 people in a department The checkbox for 'Include user submitted data' is checked. I get all enteed dat other than the atatchment. Pandadoc - Zoho Extension is not available for your region.
Hi there, I am trialling both Zoho and Pandadoc at present and just tried to link them. This error message has come up. We are in New Zealand and have a zoho.com.au. profile. Can you please confirm this is indeed correct and it is zoned to certain regions? It's a dealbreaker for one of the two platforms if they can't link so hopefully there is a workaround. Thanks.
