Hello, I have a stateless form "Copy of Test Embed" and report of form "Student" embedded in a page now both the forms have a lookup field targeted to a form "Master" of same field "Subject" and it does filter the report of form "Master" on clicking button of form "Copy of Test Embed", but the problem is that it opens in the new window and not in iframe which i have targeted on. Adding a Contact Field to the Contacts summary in Accounts
Is it possible to add a field (i.e. Title) to the Contacts list directly below the business card in the Accounts view? I am not speaking of the Contacts list that appears further down the page, but the one at the top. It currently has only name and email address.

I have configured update the MX records, SPF and DKIM as per the guidelines and I have all the ticks checked under the domain verification yet am not receiving emails. Emails are bouncing back to any of my domain recipient. Right now, I have the problem of only being able to produce a report that gives me the time spent on the present stage of the potential. Why cannot I remove the "Closing Date" from Potentials please?
Hi In my industry we can take 1 month or 2 years to convert a Potential into a PO. So I have to keep entering a meaningless Closing Date every time I convert a Lead to a Potential on Zoho. Is there a way of getting rid of it please? Thanks Nick

Different background colors for each email
We have tickets in our desk containing over 10 email messages. (back and forth, from and too customers) It would be helpful if there is some background color change to see if it was an inbound or outbound message. Is this possible in the current version? Or is there another way we can easier differentiate (just by looking at it) to see if it's a customer response, or a response from us to the customer? Zoho Books doesn't authenticate when OneAuth is offline
When I try to sign in zoho books in the navigator while OneAuth is offline, zoho books doesn't generate the QR code to scan it in OneAuth on my mobile. In other words the offline Oneauth doesn't work and the navigator sign in allows me get in with out the OneAuth offline mode. thanks

Dear all, It has been a topic in almost every Zoho app topic, but this is a large general problem: default Zoho fonts have no Cyrillic support, so ALL the potential customers using Cyrillic systems, who try Zoho producs are usually scared right away: Times New Roman (or alike) instead of beautiful Sans font everywhere. Problem on setting data type from plain to "date and time"
Hi, folks. I have a table imported (and updating every hour) via API from my business platform. There is a column "CreatedAt" with a date and time of order creation. Example data in this column: 2020-05-28T02:10:35+0200 Seems normal, but ZOHO does not recognise this as a "date&time" column and imports as plain text. So, I try to set a new data type for this column. Here is how I do this and the problem I get. 1. Call the "change data type" command for a column, which is supposed to contain date&time.

Zoho IMAP glitch with Workspace Infomaniak client
So, it turned out that after I disable the IMAP completely there are no longer random scrambled character in our e-mail. Zoho says it is Infomaniak issue, when I asked Infomaniak they said it Zoho's problem. However, they way I see it it is my problem, since I'm the one who cannot see Customer e-mailing history, nore anything important related e-mails. Hi, Am I able to decide (on-the-fly) whether a particular email should be visible to everyone or not (confidential)? We currently use a system where emails can be set to be confidential to a set group once it is received on the CRM. This could be an email with sensitive data in it or a delicate contract for example. Such an email would be made accessible only to the accounts team rather than everyone.

Sync "total opens" and "total clicks" from campaigns to CRM
I can't figure out sync the total number of opens and/or clicks for a particular lead (or contact in campaigns) to corresponding fields I have created in Leads (Zoho CRM). This seems like something that would a) be relatively easy and b) be something I would think most people using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM would find useful. I have figured out how to sync the contact score from campaigns to CRM, but would like to have more detailed information. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
