Can't send or receive from compuserve.com/aol pop3
as of December 2019 I can no longer send or receive emails from my compuserve/aol servers. It appears to be attempting the fetch but not downloading the messages (?) Zoho Community, I receive the following message when I try to send email from my Android phone: You're sending this from a different address or alias using the 'Send mail as' feature. The settings for your 'Send mail as' account are misconfigured or out of date. Check those settings and try resending. Emails sent from computer are delivered. How do I fix this?
Very long delay in receiving emails
Hi Zoho, My email accounts are both having trouble receiving emails. It seems I can send emails just fine, but there is a very long delay on receiving emails. This delay can be many hours or even up to a day. It has affected both of my accounts. Deal Stage No Longer Setting a Default Value
Hi Community, My agents raised a concern today. Previously, when creating Deals, our Stage field has a lock icon and defaulted to our first deal stage. Today, they noticed that it has no lock icon anymore and they can choose the Deal stage. Anybody else notice this behavior?

However, it seems like a feature is missing: When sharing a Zoho Meeting webinar through Zoho Campaigns, the only way to send the campaign is thorugh mailing list (screenshot 84). Hi, I am using one of my email account to use SMTP as sender in a wordpress website. However, recently i found that it is not sending out to gmail. Then i check the log in Troubleshooting tab, i found lots of mails got exclamation mark beside some emails. Those got the same error which is "Hourly Ratelimited. Hi everyone, I have a bit of a brain teaser in a Zoho spreadsheet. I'm attempting to do a sum on a cell if another cell is not empty. It's a very simple calculation, but I'm struggling with getting the condition to work. If cell B3 is not blank, I want to deduct the amount in B3 from a fixed amount (22000). Essentially it's a running total showing how much is left to accrue. I want to use that formula in C3 and then repeat it down the rows. I've tried all of the following in cell C3: IF(B3!null;=SUM(22000-B3);)

Hi I have two forms. One is the mainform and the other is the subform. Main form: Airstrip Profile Fields in main form: Airstrip_name Subform: Amo Profile Fields in subform: Airstrip_Assigned Airstrip_name and Airstrip_Assigned fields are equal. I was informed by someone on our email list that he received an email from Zoho asking him to update his profile information. Why was this sent? It appears to have sent automatically (I did not do anything to send them to our subscribers)? Was this a glitch? Thanks, Susan
Barclays Bank Feeds Issues Continue
We and a number of our clients are having issues with the Barclays Token bank feeds again. The transactions have not been donwloaded for nearly a week now. I raised this with support who eventually say they are looking into the issue, but then receive no updates. Can anyone tell me what is happening, when the matter will be resolved and what is causing the issue? The transition to the new bank feeds on the whole has been dealt with very poorly and they are really unreliable. Even when they do work
Allow calls to be auto-created in blueprint
In blueprint, you can create tasks and email notifications, but what about calls. For instance if your process includes calling leads a week after your first email to them, can we please automate this so that as the lead is added, the followup call is also creeated? We're having trouble finding the Rest API documentation for Zoho forms - is there an active API? We have a specific task we're trying to accomplish. There's a "Zoho CRM" widget in there, but we don't want end-users of the form to look up entries from our CRM. Creating record in module based on field entries in another module - Multiselect lists and date fields not being copied over when left blank!
The workflow rule that triggers the function that copies the fields from the previous module into the newly created of the new module sometimes does not trigger. This is bizarre because when I check the audit log, I see that the workflow rule was called, but the new record was not made nonetheless. We're looking into the possibility of using Zoho Creator as the API for an iOS game that we have. In the iOS game the customers need to be able to login using their username/email and password.
