Double Opt In Button
Good day, I contacted Zoho Support to enable the toggle switch for opt in/double opt in. They did so graciously without any headache, but it was the time it took me to understand and look for this button and dig through forums to find out how to do this. Not 100% sure why it is a support function, but if it is to remain so I would suggest adding the toggle switch and then put a little * next to the toggle switch that says "Please contact support to enable this function.". We need to be able to create and send a recurring invoice about three weeks ahead of the invoice date. Can this be automated? How would it be done? Integration of Accounts & Contacts with CRM
Hi, I would just like to confirm, if I create an account or contact in ZohoCRM it can take up to two hours to show up in ZohoDesk, is that correct? If so that to me creates a potentially large process issue as in our business we often have the need to add new contacts on the fly when performing support calls and with new accounts often there is work to be performed immediately for support staff. How do others overcome this? Seems to be a rather large limitation. Would this also apply to other modules
Per user pricing when using Zoho one
Hi all, I am new to People. I understand the licensing when purchased separately to Zoho One, but when included in Zoho one, how does the per user cost work? Is it one Zoho one user = one people user? I know for example with cliq it becomes a one to one. Another question would be if People were stand alone and had 20 users per month and Zoho One was uptaken, does this now mean the per user cost ramps up? Just another way of looking at it. Filtering without other users seeing / view only mode?
I would like to find a setting that allows me to filter the spreadsheet without other collaborators seeing what I have filtered. I do not need to be able to change anything while in that view, just be able to see various filters without messing up their filters. Is there a way to do this?

There was an error because Item Name value exceeded the maximum limit of 200?!
Evidently the combined number of characters between the item name, and all three attributes is now being limited to 200. Why? If this is seriously intended as a new restriction, I have to say that this is not the kind of thing you can just spring on your user base without even a word of warning, as my catalog will need significant revision to accommodate a change of this sort, being that I use variants extensively. Found question from 7 years ago. The fact that nothing has been changed in 7 years since this question has been asked is pathetic. Clicking on boxes is...well....so 7 years ago. Converting quotes to sales order
Hello, I have two problems at the moment with converting quotes to sales order: 1. The button 'Convert' which was at the top right corner inside a specific quote, is not there anymore. And even before, when I got into deferent quotes, sometimes I would see it and sometimes not. 2. When I used to see the button, if I would click on in, it declined me due to insufficient permissions, although I have all the permissions I can have. Can you help? Thank you, Natalie

"Activity Peek" feature doesn't function when the "Status" field is used on an activity view
The "Activities" module has a feature which is similar to the "Ticket Peek" feature to view the contents on the side bar whilst also browsing the activity list. However we did realize that this peeking feature does only function on specific views such as "All Tasks", "All Activities" etc. We tried to create custom views thinking that maybe the default views were missing this feature and we've found out that the "peeking" feature is disabled when we use the "Status" field as a criteria in the view.

Zoho email not being fetched in apple mac mail.
I've seen lots of people had this problem a couple of years ago so I thought I would start an up to date discussion. I have IMAP set up for soho within mac mail. Working fine apart from mac mail does not fetch emails without me manually closing and relaunching the mail app. Or alternatively taking the account offline and then online again. The problem is that we can only view the recordings in the contacts module where the caller's information (property owner) is housed. How can I add multiple contacts to a project in Zoho CRM?
We are a consultancy business that manage major projects worldwide. On any project we might have up to 10 key contacts that we deal with. When I add a contact to the CRM, i have added a lookup field that links with the projects module. However, this only allows me to add a contact to one project?
