Date Field Autoresponder not sending Welcome Emails
Hi Team - I have Zoho CRM synced with Zoho Campaigns. I have a date field Start Date. I created a date field autoresponder to send Welcome emails 1 day after Start Date. After configuring messages, I activated the autoresponder. It sends out messages the first time but on the 2nd day, it does not send out Welcome messages anymore. Today is Nov 1 and it should have sent out Welcome emails to 2 of my contacts. Can you please check this? This is a recurring issue and I have deleted and recreated this

How does Zoho handle time change??
My company just ran into an issue with time zones and time change. We are on the east coast and our events were off by an hour. Support suggested we change our time zone on personal settings. They also suggested that we would need to manually change this twice a year every time the time changed?? That cannot be right, can it? Anyone have any experience with this? I cannot imagine having 100 users manually change their time inside the CRM twice a year. That sound absurd.

I have created a page in my creator App. The page includes a search bar and a report. I want the results to appear on the same page and have followed all of the prompts e.g. adding a parameter. For some reason, the search field doesn't work. The report has a loading animation as if it's loading search results but nothing is filtered. What am i doing wrong?

I have an email that receives a LOT of spam that goes to my catch-all email address. This is an email address that used to exist with the company, but is no longer there. I know I could make an account for this email and turn off incoming traffic. But I would prefer not to make an account just for this purpose. Turn off in-feed notifications for Group Events?
Hi there - is there a way to keep group events from showing up in the "My Feed" tab? We use the events calendar to track employee days on/off (see screencap), so do not need them clogging up the feed every single day. I only see a way to completely shut off notifications to the whole group, not just events.

Hi, I have been starting to look at Zoho as an alternative to O365 or Gsuite for my clients and have setup a couple of free addresses using the zohomail.com.au addresses. I am trying to see if I can link IMAP for outlook and Mac mail but have had issue with both the accounts I have setup. POP and Imap are both enabled in settings. POP works fine. Browser toolbar button for expense
Small item but this would be very helpful. I run a browser toolbar for Zoho Books to act as my customizable menu. I want to make a button which opens an expense already set to the proper credit card account (the button is to create a quick credit card expense). Hi, I have turned on the check to prevent duplicate leads from being created based upon email address. The issue is that we have lead edits that happen automatically based upon form completion on our website. If a customer name differs from the existing lead in Zoho CRM, but the email address is the same, the old name gets updated, but the Notes attached to the old name are deleted, which is not good. Catchall Active - want to block some emails
Hi, I have catchall active on my account, however I want to block some of the emails, for example I want to block marketing@mydomain.com and dont want it to catch to my main email. I setup a filter for it to go straight to trash, but I still get a notification that an email arrived. Is there any way to do this right in the control panel?
