Hi, just installed Desktop app but it's stuck as a window size the same as the initial login panel. Resize, maximise and Windows methods won't change the size. Any ideas?

Implement IMAP functionality to manage external email accounts.
POP is great but has issues when trying to keep everything in sync between what you see in Zoho and what you see in the actual account like gmail. I know there are settings to delete messages from the server when deleted on Zoho, but I believe gmail has issues with that. I prefer to manage my gmail accounts from Zoho because the interface has some nice features like column sorting - which is a glaring feature lacking in gmail in my opinion. Is IMAP on the roadmap for add-on email accounts? Thanks,

Hello! Like the title says I want to access the developer edition of the CRM over the API. It that even possible? And if yes, how? The problem is, that I created custom modules and cannot see them when querying the API. I suppose that the CRM API only connects to the production environment. One of the creator workflows involves creating a task for a colleague when a new cancellation form record is submitted. This works fine and the task fields include a field called "CancellationID" which is the ID of the creator record. CRM for B2B AND B2C?
Suppose you have a B2B web design business AND a B2C real estate business. How do you manage them with one CRM? I would imagine that it would get very confusing if you tried to use the same modules for both. The best idea I can come up with is to 2 sets of modules: B2B Leads, Contacts, etc and B2C Leads, Contacts, Etc. Anybody else have an idea on how to do this?

Ability to add contact CRM notes from within Desk
It's nice that from within Zoho Desk we can see CRM information by clicking on the CRM icon. We use the Contact Notes field to provide some basic information about the customer. It would be nice if agents from within Desk could add/edit the customer notes without having to leave the ticket and open the CRM. Is there any way to do this? One department (Technical Support) is configured as the primary (is the only one available for Help Center ticket submissions). Hello, I made an event. "Employee 1" is host. Went to the event > Participants > add > user and added/invited "Employee 2". The events now show up on Employee 2's google calendar, but he doesn't show up under invited/going/maybe. It doesn't register in his "events" on zoho - though it does show up on the calendar b/c its on his google calendar. [Solved] Change Lead Status in Leads Form but Failed
I have Leads form that have dropdown lookup to LeadsStatus Form (Call In, Follow Up). I want to make a "Follow Up" button in the report that change particular lead status from Call In to Follow Up, but I encountered an error. Can't Access zoho mail after adding AWS DNS as CNAME
I configured zoho mail with smartlarn.com successfully. It was working well but after adding AWS DNS to my domain where I hosted my web app, Mail service is not working. So I tried to verify again for MX Records, SFP, DKIM but can't verify. Then I deleted my domain from Zoho and added again but Can't verify. Please suggest how to add my domain. Domain Registrar: namecheap.com
