Matching Leads to Product when importing
I'm trying to set up my insurance agency, and have added the products that we typically sell to Zoho. I have a flat file of 2000+ customers that I want to import, but cannot figure out how to match them to the products I have set up. Product information is in the flat file as insurance company+product name. I have added a Multi-Select Lookup to my leads, which works fine when adding new customers, but the Multi-Select Lookup field does not appear when I try to map the field during the lead import.
Is It Possible to Make the New Ticket Form Have Multiple Columns for the Customer Portal
Hi, Currently, when users go to the Help Center and enter a new ticket, the form has all the questions/field listed in one column. This looks very sloppy. Is there any way to put two fields next to each other on the same line and essentially create two columns? I would anticipate one field to have name and another to have phone number for example and have those two fields to be next to each other where it looks cleaner than having these wide fields take the entire width and be below/above each other.

Email Notifications - adjust timer
Hi, Is there a way to alter the time that an automated email notification is sent? Specifically I'm interested in changing the 'Subscription about to Expire' date, which is currently set at 3 days before expiry. It would be useful to have multiple expiry reminders sent on different dates such as 30 days and 7 days before expiry. Any help appreciated, Ellis

Hello, I would like to use symbols/icons in a table, depending on the value of the cell. When using conditional formatting I can only configure the color of background and the text. Doesn´t Zoho Analytics (demo) offer this feature?

Custom Views in Zoho CRM iPhone App?
Is there a way to create custom views in the Zoho CRM iPhone app, or either to access views I have created in the web interface? As my lists of leads and contacts grow, the ability to access them through the app becomes less and less useful without some meaningful way to sort them, especially when I've spent a lot of time creating custom fields to really help me sort them the way I want to see them.
Hide empty field in a contact record
Same as the Smart view on the cellphone view, we should be able to hide the fields that are empty in a contact record or other records as well, to have a more efficient visualization of the important information.

Batch - Take the oldest expiry date first (FIFO)
Hello, I've activated Batch Tracking for expiry date for my items. But EACH time I create an invoice, I have to select the correct batch for EACH Item. Is there a way to avoid that ? I'd like Zoho to take automatically the oldest expiring date items (A little bit like the FIFO method for cost). It adds click which is not the best for user adoption. Thx

Item search in Zoho invoice app
I have been using zoho invoice for almost 2 years, and the app works great. But recently when I try and do an estimate or invoice, every time I try to search for an item it doesn't show up. I have to type exactly what I am looking for in order for the item to show. say I am looking for an item (Sink: stainless steel 50/50) If under search I type 50/50, it doesn't show I have to type Sink: Stainless... for it to show up. Before the update I was able to find it just by typing 50/50 Is there
Can't send emails from webmail and client
SMTP just doesn't work anymore. I've tried sending emails from Outlook and webmail. Outlook asks me for the password. Webmail says that emails addresses are invalid, even personal ones, outside the company domain. Help. Thanks.
We are not able to create ticket with API in Zoho Desk
Hello Team, We are using woocommerce and would like to create ticket in zoho desk once new order is received in woocommerce. Edit relationship form record
All, I need some inspiration as to how to make an intuitive way for users to edit a related record. The issue at hand is, that users per default are working with Form A in Report A. In form A there are relationship with form B. Users would often have to edit and amend the data in Form B while they work in Report A. zoho assist desktop says offline
i just installed zoho assist on 3 windows 7 desktops in my office. it works fine on 2. but the third one it when viewed remotely via unattended access appears as offline. i know its not offline bc I can see it across the room. also if i am at it I can access the other pcs with zoho assist. ie they are not offline to it but it is offline to them. very odd. please help
Why Can't I see Can't see "Facebook Lead Gen" tab?
I have enabled all permissions on Facebook and Zoho Social and Zoho CRM but I still can't get the leads to come from my Facebook lead ad into the CRM. One problem is that I can't see the "Facebook Lead Gen" tab on the left side under "Calendar" after clicking on the "Posts" main navigation tab in Social. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.

Emails delivering to one user but not another
I've just moved my dns to bluehost and gone through all of the setup, most of my email seems to deliver OK now however I have noticed that some, in particular, WeTransfer emails will only deliver to my admin user and not my secondary (which is the one I use most). Any ideas why this might be? I guess it's a setting somewhere but I'm pulling my hair out. Thanks
Zoho Social forcing image resizing
We're currently unable to publish photos with our scheduled posts. We keep getting the error message "Please resize image to allowed size for (insert platform here)". But, the images are already the correct size as specified for each platform. Is this a bug, and if so, when will it be fixed? Due to this error we have to publish directly to each platform, instead of using Zoho Social.
Splitting pallets
so we buy a pallet of the same product and then sale them off as other products. So we buy salt on a pallet and then sell them off as 5 delivered or 10 delivered etc or perhaps people come in and pickup product. We would like each of these product sales to effect the inventory of the master pallet. Does that make sense.

Condense all account notes in a report?
Hi Folks, I am running reports for accounts and when there is multiple notes, the report creates a new line for each note under the same account name. If I have XYZ account with 7 notes, then I get 7 rows named XYZ. I'd really just like to condense all the notes under the same account into a single row. Is there a way to do so? I know I can just have a single note under account and keep adding to it, but that defeats the purpose of new notes with date stamps. Thank you, Derek
