Intermittent 404 File not Found
For the past 2 weeks I have had an intermittent issue where my home page will display a generic 404 File not Found error page. All other pages are available and my site's domain is properly mapped. Whenever I call support, they speak to a developer and the issue gets resolved within 2 hours without any real explanation of the root cause for the issue. Change Redirect of Add Button on Embedded Report
Hi - I have a report embedded on a page. When I click on Add, it opens a new form within the small report window. Is there any way to redirect this to a popup off the page so that the full form is visible? I tried creating a custom function but there does not appear to be any way to add that to the menu bar of the report near the Add button. Thanks.

Hi guys, I'm getting started here and have set up a web capture form on my site. It's identically to the one I used to have except that it's a zoho form now. Instantly I started getting spam leads rolling in - all kinds of crap- porn, blackjack, you name it. Took less than 24 hours to have dozens. I *never* got spam in my forms before. What kind of junky form code is this? How can I code this in a way to stop the spam? Please don't ask me to install a captcha, that's a ridiculous nuisance

German spell check a bit sketchy
Lots of false positives and it almost always marks correctly spelled words as incorrect for a second then changes it. This is especially true when importing or copy-pasting content into a document. Zoho's multilingual spell checking is still much better than Google Docs or LibreOffice, both of which are just plain unusable.
Lookup filed match other field value
Hi there, I'm stuck with what I thought was a very simple task. I've a string field (Field1) which is populated with a product code by an API. In the same form I've a lookup to an Inventory form, where I've a list of products, with code, name, pic, exc. I want that when a record is created or edited by the api, the value of Field1 is matched with the lookup field, which is set to display the product code, so that i can display all the product's data. Hi we seem to have lost the pop ups in ring central when we use a mac with chrome. I have uninstalled etc made sure no block pop ups have changed. When searching using a word eg "Demo" Limited functionlaity in results list
For example I'd like to right click and get properties at very least. Ideally I'd like to see the location of the item/folder its found so I can see if its in a Team Folder or one of my folders. But in the current form the search result list offers no value as I have to to click on every item to get more more info first. We want to get our library of info sorted and its making it very difficult to manage large volumes of info without more control over meta data.

Bouncing emails from blacklisted addresses
Hello, I have a vendor who I canceled their services years ago already and have no plans of going back. They are still emailing me to add a payment to my account so they can charge me. They email EVERY DAY. There's no way to even unsubscribe from their list and I've blacklisted them of course. Now the land in my junk. Connecting Instagram
I'm having trouble connecting to instagram. Each time I log in, instagram is saying it's detecting an unauthorized login and requests a 6 digit code. When I put the code in, I'm directed to the my main instagram login page and it doesn't approve the Zoho Social app. Please advise.

Two problems related to Mail Merge Templates and Zoho Sign extension. Problem 1: The Zoho Sign extension does not find my “Deals” Mail merge templates (screenshot 118), whereas it can successfully find my “Leads” or Contacts” template (screenshot 119). Hi! My previous hosts have caused my account to exceed the incoming rate limit by dumping almost 11,000 emails into the domain catch-all. Your support guys have un-blocked the account a couple of times but I presume it'll keep happening until the mail queue is processed. Complex applications need a lot of workflows, the possibility to re-order workflows based on type and importance could save time and make things much more organized. Hello Team Zoho, This has been a issue where we are unable to Change the column width of the custom fields individually when we are customizing template. It is always changing for all. In many cases there are custom fields which are not always of same width. There should be a individual column width for each custom field which has been added to transactions.

Vendors vs Accounts fields
Hi, I try to have consistent information structure between Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Vendors. However I see some odd things which aren't helping. May be you could help me with Vendors and Accounts. So, there is an email field in Vendors, but not in Accounts? There is Company Site (I don't know exactly what is it for), but no "Vendors Company Site". I'm not talking about websites... In the business card area, not the same fields are available for Vendors and Accounts. We can select for vendors:
