Zoho APP not syncing on iPhone anymore
Hi there, I've noticed for a few days now that the Zoho App on my iPhone SE is not properly syncing anymore. Strangely enough it indicates new email but when I open it it keeps syncing for ages and nothing else happens (no error, nothing). I've checked the settings and all looks good. It works on my PC and iPad so no idea why it is not fetching new emails on my iPhone (it used to work fine but the prob started to appear a few weeks ago). Any idea what's wrong? Best regards Antonio

Calendar synchronisation (Google Calendar)
Hey there, so we run an Event Company and work with a Google Calendar in which our team puts in all prebooked or booked Events. This calendar is called the "Bookings" calendar. My Google Account owns this calendar so i can two way sync CRM with this calendar. Unfortunately the Google Marketplace feature only lets you sync your own calendars so my team can't access this calendar from the CRM directly. Is it possible to include the option to synchronize with shared calendars. We need this fuctionality
I can't disable Restrict Sign In on OneAuth App
I had downloaded the One Auth App and enable restrict sign in, but then I decided to delete it since I didn't find good use for it. However, any time I attempt to sign in to check my Zoho emails, an error tells me to go to the OneAuth app and disable restrict sign in. I then downloaded the OneAuth App again, but it doest let me sign in either, so I am stocked without been able to use my Zoho Mail. Any suggestions? Please help. Thank you!!!

Remote IP Address Locked
I recently added two new email users to my Zoho account. They were assigned default user email passwords. Upon trying to log in and change their passwords, an error message was shown saying "Remote IP address locked.". I confirmed that we do not have any IP restrictions, for any user type or user themselves. Can you explain to me how to remove this restriction and what had caused it? Thanks much. - Shinay Ford

Error when using formula column with nested if conditions in a chart
While testing one of our multi-axis charts I've created a formula column in order to group up a few categories. My scenario considers data about public education, considering student enrollments. Zoho Mail doesn't handle mailto links on web pages on the Mac client. Don't know if it does on Windows or not. Clicking on an email link in a web page should open a new blank email in Zoho mail. It doesn't.

Problem with template attachments in mail notifications via custom action.
Hi, Im experiencing issues with pdf attachments on our emails since yesterday. For some reason the record summary pdf seems to loss its format or render incorrectly. I had implemented email notifications via a custom button in my report as in the following: https://zoholic.blogspot.com/2016/01/zoho-email-notification-with-record.html which has worked like a charm for more than 2 years, until 2 days ago. Cost Price and Markup in Quotes functionality
When we do quotes, we want to pull through fields for the cost price of the item, another field that dispays the customer price and a field for markup. Our sales people need to be able to edit the cost price, based on pricing received from suppliers, add a markup to determine the selling price, or manually enter the selling price. Too many notifications on my mobile app
I have the Zoho Desk mobile app on my iphone as do some of my coworkers. We all don't get the same number of notifications. Some get what seems to be the expected amount, others get hundreds and one person got over 10,000+ in a day. Our settings all look the same. Why would this be happening? Despite the fact I choose a list of job openings which are publish, it shows me all the job openings that I have and which are "in progress", published and non-published). Assume you have 2 items with different taxes as follows: 1. Line Item #1 - Software $100, taxed in two parts (A) 14.5% + (B) 5% = $119.5 (this is default behaviour of ZCRM) 2. Line Item #2 - Hardware $100, taxed in two parts (A) 12.5% = $112.5 + (B) 5% = $118.125 (this is a tiered tax) The second option is not possible in ZCRM. The only way then becomes to split into two quote, hence two sales orders and two invoices where : #1 is achieved simply; AND #2 is achieved by entering tax (A) at line item

Has anyone found a way to simply attach all leads to a company? I have 44000 leads for 2400 companies I need to assign to 3 reps. Since you cannot tell ZOHO to attach ALL leads to a company and then assign them it looks like you have to enter company in the search area under leads then assign them... HOURS and DAYS of work. I like ZOHO CRM a lot after migrating from a different platform! However, I am having problems importing sales which I receive from different distributors and therefore accounting the source of each sale.
