Sheety Subform Values
We are currently integrating our form with "sheet" to collect the data. The Sheet is collecting all of the form values but the values from the "subform" are not showing up in the "sheet" ...Nor is the section Is this possible? I found an article where it was suggested that I create a form for the elements of the subform. Then when I use the custom subform add....it will ask me to choose - "blank"-new subform - or existing... I do not get this existing option. The structure is: Number of Attendees
Pulling records from another app with notifications
Hello, Can someone please give me some direction on this. I have an app called Receipts that user's submit vehicle receipts to. It includes maintenance, fuel, etc. with the current mileage. I want to set it up so that the last person to submit a fuel or oil receipt for a vehicle, becomes the "owner" for that vehicle. Also the current mileage should be stored on the first oil change, called initial_oil. When the current mileage for that vehicle = initial_oil + 4500 I would like to send a notification
Moving .Zdoc, .Zsheet, .Zslide files around on Desktop (Windows 10) puts them in the trash
One of our customers is using the Windows 10 WorkDrive desktop sync. When he moves files around online, everything works perfectly. When he moves non .Zdoc, .Zsheet, or .Zslide files (e.g. .pdf, .docx, .jpg) around using the desktop sync, it works great. However, when he moves .Zdoc, .Zsheet, or .Zslide files between folders on the desktop sync, those files don't show up in the proper folder — they actually end up in the trash on the online client. Zoho Mail Lite & POP Mail Forwarding
When I've had zoho free accounts it always let me forward my email to my google mail and other co-workers could receive them in their personal email too. Now it seems to be a pro feature. If i were to sign up for Mail Lite am I limited to forwarding only to one other account or can I have the mail forwarded to my other co-workers too? CRM PHP-SDK Convert Leads
I am attempting to use PHP-SDK to convert a lead to a contact. I see in the EntityAPIHandler there is a convertRecord function. I am unable to get it to work. I assume I need to use APIResponse as opposed to BulkAPIResponse. I need to get the New contact ID back so I can update the database for next sync operation. .zdoc files in WorkDrive
Hello, I recently moved from Zoho Docs to WorkDrive. Everything is working well except for Zoho Writer documents from Zoho Docs. All of these documents have the .zdoc extension, and are apparently not recognized by WorkDrive. Is there a way you could have WorkDrive automatically recognize these .zdoc files as Writer files, or convert them to a file that is compatible with WorkDrive? As is, there is no efficient way (that I know of) to convert these files to ones that are recognized by WorkDrive.

Zoho CRM and Zoho inventory mismatch
The Address Information in the Zoho CRM's accounts and contacts has only 1 Street field, while the information in Zoho Inventory have 'Street 1' and 'Street 2' (both for billing and for shipping). Program Windows and Start Menu/Toolbar Freeze When Remoting In
We are currently on the trial version of Unattended Access testing for our company. We have encountered a major issue where sometimes when remoting in we cannot manipulate any of the program windows, click on the start icon or anything on the toolbar. However, you can open things on the desktop but once they are open you cannot control it. Using the Quick Launch option we are able to open apps like control panel among other things...but cannot do anything with the open window. We have found a workaround

I remember seeing a page that showed a breakdown of exactly what we are paying for, like number of users, cost per user, storage upgrade costs, etc. I thought it was this page, https://payments.zoho.com/html/store/home.html But when I go there now and select CRM it takes me to a page showing the cost of Zoho One, and no other information on our subscription. Am I missing something?
Manual Candidate Approval
I believe it is essential to add the option of manual candidate approval for CVs being parsed from the resume inbox. Not only through webforms. This way, when we receive a CV through email it goes to the "Candidate Approval" tab where we can decide which we want to keep or not. As a recruitment agency, we receive a lot of CVs by email and do not wish to keep every one of them. Having them in the "Candidate Approval" Tab would be very useful so we can select the ones we wish to add to our database.
