I think it's about time you guys maybe upgraded the end user UI to look a little more professional. Times New Roman font looks cheap. New user email notifications
Hi, I'm just getting my feet wet with Zoho project management. As the admin for this project, I'll be adding 3-4 additional users. After I complete the setup for a new user, is an email sent automatically to that user? Can I choose to NOT send an initial notification, at least not until I'm ready? Since our project has been underway for awhile, I want to enter the tasks etc., including assignments to users, BEFORE the user signs in for the first time. Is there a way to do this - or am I mistaken

Unable to Edit Project: Please specify a valid rate
Hi there, We have an existing project that I want to specify a budget for. I opened the Edit Project screen and have most fields already set, including the Billing Method (set to Based on Project Hours) and a billing rate. I then try to change Project Budget to Based on Amount and enter a value of 3000. When I click the Update button, an error message shows at the top of the Edit Project screen saying 'Please specify a valid rate'. Would love some help.

Zoho Desk clients, do you track SLAs using standard tools?
Hi community, I was planning to track SLAs to better serve our customers and set up this functionnality. But it turned out that we cannot rely on it as time counts in Pending status (when we wait for a client reply) and it shows wrong timings. So we cannot define a rule or renumerate agents based on the SLA. The only way is to visually verify it which does not alllow to make a system approach. How do you use it?
Real integration of Zoho Support in Zoho CRM
Hi, I would like to thank you for the quality of your software. We are running our business with Zoho CRM. Support matters a lot for us. I tested Zoho support that would be great for our business. But there is no integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho support. We have 2 softwares that are standalone. We can "only" import contacts and accounts in Zoho support. That means that: I might have cases in Zoho CRM and Zoho support. I would have to build all my rules in Zoho Support. No sync with contacts

Comment Replies do not show in line with comment
Within both the mobile app and the web version, replies to a comment are not shown underneath the comment to which they apply. It's impossible to follow a conversation string, and it makes the Reply feature completely un-usable. We originally only had this issue in the mobile app, but now it's also happening within the web version (using both IE and Chrome). Is anyone else experiencing this? Any resolution??

Hi. I wonder if someone can help me. I'm a volunteer book review editor. I use Zoho Sheet to keep track of books out. I have a column where I keep the date a reviewer receives a book, and another column that tracks when the review is received. I check that the date reviewer receives the book not empty, and that the date the review is received is empty. The reviewer has the book, but has not submitted a review. In another column, I'm wanting to compute the date the review is due -- 30 days

Emails from inbox have disappeared
My emails from the inbox disappeared out of no where. There were about 1L emails that have just disappeared out of nowhere. The emails were present at 23:01 IST and I was checking them and moved some of the emails in trash(check screenshot 1 for proof). Attached two screenshots as proof(screenshot 2 and 3) that emails weren't deleted from 'Trash' since 16:00 IST Requesting you to look into this as soon as possible, if I need me to pay for a higher support I'll be more than willing to. you should allow to change the outbound caller id with your twilio integration. twilio allows verifying phone numbers. so if a number if verified then users should be able to use that as outbound number
Mail Migration from Zoho to Office 365 NOT completed
By migrating mails from Zoho to Office 365, it only migrate a small portion - around 40MB (out of 2.5GB) in the mailboxes. Only few folders are with mail and other folders are empty. Questions follows; 1) Is a free account user cannot migrate mails out from ZOHO? MUST be Paid user? 2) or there are firewall limiting the outward migration. Thanks Eric
