Have other workers edit someone elses form
I created a form. I want another user to be able to edit it. He logs into forms. He does not see my form. He and I are both enabled to use forms. On the upper right, if you click on 'ogranizations' button, our company is checked on both of our computers. I can see how to transfer ownership of the form. But not to enable others to work on the form. I can't believe that only 1 person in the organization can work on only their form, and co workers can't edit it?

Changing Addons changes trial days
Hi - When I change the number of addons for a subscription that is still in trial mode, it appears to reset the trial back to the full # of trial days instead of the remaining. I have tried adding/overriding relevant fields (trial_remaining_days, trial_ends_at, next_billing_at, current_term_ends_at) to the api submission, but the behavior continues. Is this behavior that I can change? Thanks!
contact roles / contact entries
On the potentials page, you can select a role for each contact. I had naturally assumed this would update the person's contact details but when you click on their name to view them on the 'contact details' page the role doesn't show up anywhere i.e. it doesn't seem to carry this information across....which means you have to enter the same info manually again under Title...this seems to me to be double entry. Why is this? Is there a fix? I'm a new person to Zoho CRM so appreciate I may not be understanding

Signup form - Existing users are not notified at time of signup
I have a form that I am integrating into WordPress and I have been testing the form using the same e-mail address, however it does notify me that I have already signed up to the list. Is there some AJAX function I am missing when I am created this form in the Zoho form creation process? This is a feature that all the other e-mail marketing software out there have as standard. Hello, I am trying to figure out the combination of query tables and aggregation formulas that will accomplish what I am looking for. I have a table of events that have a start and end timestamp and a value. I need a chart that shows a list of dates on the x axis and sums the values of each row if the given date is between the start and end timestamp. Retina Graphics on Mac App
first id like to say, we just started using WorkDrive yesterday and im a huge fan already. LOVE IT. the issue im seeing is that the Mac app isnt retina ready, meaning the graphics are all pixelated. its funny because one of your graphics you use in the features page shows a complaint showing that "graphics are pixelated" ... which is exactly the issue im seeing in your app :) please see attached screenshots. the graphics are pixelated and I feel like for a brand NEW app this should never happen.

API limit
My customer is on Professional Edition and is hitting the API limit of 250 req/org/day for certain API methods. 1) This is a really low limit. Can this be incremented? According to the documentation (API limits doc ), this is the maximum in any paying edition. Aren't there other options? 2) An email message is sent telling you that the max limit is exceeded. Hi all, I'm wondering if there's a way of counting the number of comma separated values in a field? My report looks like this. I would like to count the number of 'participation dates' for each person and keep a running total in the 'Number of attendances field'. The 'participation date' is a bidirectional lookup field whereby when a person is selected from a lookup in the 'participation form', the date that they participated is shown here. So Bill Smith = 0 John Day = 4 etc. Is this possible?
Insert table without black lines in email signature

Create subscription event not being triggered when using API
I'm using the API to create a subscription... However, the create subscription event is not being triggered. We have integrated Zoho with Slack on the back end in the admin panel and those messages are NOT being sent to Slack. They used to when using the hosted forms. Also we noticed the subscription is not showing up under recent activity. How do we get this event triggered??
Hiding Fields depending on the input of a lookup field
I am trying to hide or show two fields in a form called PPE _Distribution. I have hidden the two fields on load and that works but then I want theform to show Select_Employee field when the Select_Location field is "Employee" and to show Select_Job_Number when the "Select_Location" field is Job Numbers. Using a Barcode in a order form
Hi I have a form where customers can select which product they want to buy. There are 4 different products and for each a dropdown where can select 0 to 20 as quantity. I want to be able to generate an unique barcode for each product. For example: item1barcode1 item1barcode2 item2barcode1 item2barcode2 ....
