Interpretación de estadísticas
Hola buenas tardes!
Soy nueva utilizando este CRM y tengo algunos problemas para la interpretación de las estadísticas. Tengo automatizado Face & Linkedin para postear y ahora que estoy tratando de analizar dichas estadísticas me encuentro con el siguiente problema:
1- Al crear el informe personalizado en el rubro "Como esta funcionando la marca" vienen 3 marcadores (personas a las que les llego, Personas con interacción, Historias creadas) todo lo anterior me da un conteo en gráfica.. Mi problema es Contra que lo mido? que estamos midiendo? la gráfica me indica un número y el alcance obtenido pero no me redirecciona hacia un post o algo que yo pueda identificar la medición.
2.-.El comentario anterior aplica también para la interpretación "Cuantos seguidores ganados o perdidos".
3.-En el rubo " ¿Como ah llegado a su publico?" Contenido de páginas me dice que son 361 seguidores en la herramienta y Otros (que son ) 438, cuando en mi pagina principal de Facebook son 376.
